The app is, for all relevant purposes, an alternate interface for the website. This includes the ability to get to points that tell you to download the app for more convenient access. For submitting reports of problems (out lights, water leaks), it gets to the point for submitting where it then asks you to create an account. The account creation does not work. Thus, you cannot use it to submit a problem request, its very raison d'etre.
Well, it seems this app hasn't been working properly for years. I'm new to Tallahassee and thought this would be a great resource to learn the city, bus routes, etc. Kinda hard to do when the error message says the page isn't available. Adopting a pet has to be sight unseen evidently because the pictures won't load. I think a good web/app designer 🤔 should be hired (some one who creates/improves apps). This one seemed to have started out as a great all-in-one, and ended up as a dud. 😣
This app used to work great but flat out doesn't work now. It just says, "Whoops, something went wrong." on startup and never loads. Yes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. Same result. It is broken.
I used this app for a couple of years to report problems in and around my neighborhood. Now, all it does is say, "Oops, something went wrong." There is no way to troubleshoot, tried removing, and then download the app again. Still not working. More Oops Something went wrong. This app is totally useless now. The app worked fine, now nothing. I would give it only one star, but it used to work.
HOW TO FIX "OOPS..." - go in to your app settings and clear the storage and cache. Viola. The City has been very responsive in fixing the issues that I post.
This site NEVER works. Rarely do ANY of the functions work! Most times when I try to access a function, 98% of my attempts result in this message: This site can't be reached. 10.102.1.1 took too long to respond. Search Google for UserCheck PortalMain. ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT. What a joke! 85% of my attempts to even get into the app cause the same message to appear. Only after repeated tries do I get in, only to be faced with the same message when I use one of the functions.
Another pointless app Oddly the only feature that works on this app is bill pay? Can't view your statement or anything without getting an error or not available message. Creating an account is torture after 7 attempts I finally could make an account. What's the point of having to download a useless app? Yet again city of tally drops the ball.
I've been using this app for years now all of a sudden when I try to pay my utility bill I get a message stating website not available, however everything else works on the app. For something that's supposed to be a convenience it certainly is inconvenient.
Extremely buggy. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it still won't work.
Pure Garbage! It can't even correctly locate your physical address (after you enter it) for city utilities consistently, which is required by the app to report issues or outages.
App is great when it works. It won't open for at least the last few days. I was able to access through my web browser.

Hard to navigate
This app has always been way too slow to load, but recently it stopped working completely. ('Oops something went wrong' is all you get when starting it) Update: Accela support told me to clear all the data/cache associated with the app in device settings, and restart the app. That did solve the issue, and the app seems to load faster as well.
