App has logged me out and won't let me log back in. I clicked the forgot password option, but doesn't work either. Really bad experience. Please have someone look into this. The last update version was shared on 2nd Aug 2020. Since then absolutely no update.

Oct 2020 Not able to add water bill as application get closes itself while adding connection no. I believe, the team who developed this app, itself not using this app, otherwise they would have fixed the issues. 02/2022 I wish Google should not allow these kind of apps having worst rating. It's been 2 years now and I am challenged with many issues like forgot password screen just flickers but not getting shown, I am neither getting registered myself not getting any OTP. Salute to Developers..

For all those who are trying to make their property tax payments and get a blank page once you click pay, there is a workaround. You first need to add your property tax again by clicking the big blue plus button. Once you do so, then click pay. It should now take you to bill desk page to make you payment. Pay using your bank account, the rest of the options failed for me! Good luck!

Not able to login. It was used last year as we need to pay bill once in year. But now I am not able to login. So I sign up but it was failed. Without login I can't move ahead. Only login page is seen and I can't go back. In case there is error it should be indicated. No such indication and thus I don't know the error. It's irritating.

App was working fine till last year. This year it is not supporting to login as well. Need a relook. Even unable to use forgot password link. Hope hired IT team is cupable to handle the issue.

Not able to login. Unless I login, I can't use app. Done forgot the password. But no use. Deleted the app and again downloaded. It shows registration failed. Irritating.

Latest version doesn't allow login. Existing user login, forgot password, new user registration, none of them are working. No error messages shown on android. On ios, says user pool client does not exist.

Forgot password link flickers OTP screen. How one can pay via this application if login utilities it self are not working at all. Requesting developers to not deploy their staging builds on production. At least check your application once after deployment. Because of your carelessness common people are suffering. I have dropped you an email hoping at least you can read it and acknowledge. From comments below its clear that you don't bother about app.

Was not able to Pay PropertyTax as after clicking on PayBill, error of No Transaction Found gets displayed. Note that Property Tax number is not displayed on top corner on the PayBill page. This can be resolved by deleting the Existing Bill Details and adding it again. It allows to pay bill but after bill payment is success, app went to infinite loop displaying the paid receipt again and again and dont allow user to come out of the app. Had to force close the app to come out.

Really... One of the worst app seen in my life. Since last one month I am trying to pay the property tax but like others I am also unable to pay the tax due to error " Transaction not found". I have called so many times to customer care office, either lines are busy or if they received, still don't know the process to fix the issue. Later on TMC will impose late fee along with tax amount instead of fixing the bug. Hope they will considers all the reviews and fix it ASAP.

Unable to add my property tax bill. Getting error msg "Process exited before completing request". Kindly look into this issue or your add to pay property tax bill through this app is useless. Also I read lots of negative comments in the review in regarding to property tax payments and not receiving receipts of the payment. If this is the case then I am not confident in paying my property tax bill through this app though you are giving 2% discount on bills.

Worst app ever. If you click forgot password, it just flashes and then nothing happens. App developers are least bothered to solve the issue or reply. And the laughable thing is they want us to try the beta version.

This app is useless, Can't find paid bill (details/ledger) both property & water bills. Every time when we got our bills it shows outstanding balance, and we have to produce paid bill copy to get corrections, Useless systems. This app is just promoting advertisement TMC has wasted money on this application Main content are difficult to find.

Unable to add details for water tax account. After entering all details it gives error "communication problem, please try later" whereas I was able to add Property tax connection. Please fix this bug. Without adding water tax connection app is of no use.

Unable to see property or water bills to pay. Also a suggestion to developer is - add option like "pay bills for others". This will be more beneficiary for all the elder or handicap peoples, or those individuals who are not aware of operating smartphones so they only opt to go to the corporation centers for paying bill at counter. If this option was added then they can able to pay their dues through anybody around their home.

Tried to pay property tax, however it is not navigate to payment gateway and appears blank screen. Also I have noticed sometime it is not populate the home screen news and other information, please work to fix these bugs.

I'm neither able to Login, nor able to reset my password. Neither Reinstalling the App works nor trying to re-Register works. What was once a good App has now become just a Show Piece by TMC on Google Play Store.

Horrible...not even up to the 1 star mark. The app does not let me register saying the mobile number is already registered, which I have never done to my knowledge....later on as qn attempt, I try for forgot password route to check with my said mobile number it says there's no such account...so overall login was not possible for me as per many experience 4-5 times...kindly fix this bug TMC...not expecting such service from a big municipal authority like TMC.

App seems to be useless now. I have account on this app, in fact I did property tax payment from this app. But now, login and forget password both functionalities are not working 😂. Then why this app is in playstore as well. Just to show login page to Thane City users 😂. Just ridiculous !

Unable to login or signup since recent update. Earlier it was working fine, but now not even getting access to login, Fix the issue with the database and push update for fixed new version.

Unable to login. Page keeps refreshing but won't let you use login or forget password button. I guess 2% extra discount on property tax took excess toll on the developers and government.😂 Funds sampla 😂. Nice initiative pathetic execution .

Not able to login, not accepting password which was working last year. When tried for 'forgot password', it is not working. Tried as new user, it is not responding.

Useless app, could pay property tax last year, but this time it's not letting me to log in. I guess the same issue which others have mentioned.

Why this app is not opening? Tried so many times. Unabke to login? It was working earlier. Please revert on the same or remove app from download source if it is closed.

Can't even able to sign up..🤣😂🤣 While signing up for the first time it shows contact number already exists... And when I did forgot password, it shows user doesn't exist.... You guys need to work on this... This is very poor and worst App I have ever seen...

This is complete useless application. This type of service was not expected from TMC. I think it has been prepared to fool Citizens of thane. When tried for login it doesn't allow. When tried to reset password it says user doesn't exists. And when tried register again, it says the mobile number exists. What a useless application. This is completely unmaintained application. This doesn't deserve a star.

Forgot password feature not working. Doesn't give any validation message if i enter Incorrect credentials. Idk how they release this app to production without testing basic features

How to get property tax receipt paid through digithane. Especially when property is not registered with my name yet. With recent update of digithane, not able to login and use forgot password. Please help.
