Ding TopUp: Mobile Recharge

It was better before; I am not liking it anymore because every time I refer a friend and get a $10 promo code, it doesn't work. And I have referred several persons. Very sad. I have been topping up my moms phone every month with you guys for over a year

Bad, I made a mistake sending puting the right number but the wronged service provider.. You should be able to attend to mistakes like that cos it's not a wrong number. JST a wrong service provider.. it's fixable cos the credit can't be used.. but you are unable to fix that problem.

Ding worked really well, but suddenly no longer does uploads for Sierra Leone! No warning, nothing, then it just stopped doing uploads saying an error wouldn't complete the transactions. Uggh!!

I had a hard time giving them 1 star👎. They took my money, no top up, do not use this service unless you want to throw money away... I tried disputing with chat bot, waste of time!!!

Excellent way to top up the phone of family and friends as they travel or even as a suprise gift. Very simple and fast.

Great in general thanks! Just need more repeat top up flexibility between data and airtime, to be able to switch easily between the two options, to better identify data versus airtime, to clearly specify the duration a top up applies to and perhaps also to notify of impending duration expiry. One may of course navigate all this oneself however the extra functionality should make the App more user friendly.

This app would be the perfect app for turning paypal money to load but when you don't have a credit/debit card this app is useless, please give us a method to not use a credit/debit to recharge and I will rate this app 5 stars

I recharged morning 10 am but until 4 pm also not received the top-up..we are recharging mobiles by online due to emergency only right....but they will not send on the time..I'm really unhappy this situation...

Paid for a top up and it never arrived. Somehow it bacame my responsibility to contact the cellular company to resolve the issue. They provided me phone number I can't call and a link to the wrong companies website. Time to move on. Terrible customer service. Edit... Recipient of the top up (my wife) contacted Smart in the Philippines. Their records show no transaction and no load received. A screenshot of the chat was given to Ding. No refund no top up. All they say is contact Smart.

They need to install specific step by step instr.I had to trick the app for ìt to open up to the amount I wanted to send . 04/13/2022....No problem using App. today .

At the start I taught it is the best app with very decent price but now it too expensive. I hope everything goes decent again

I've been using Ding for probably a year now, I have not had any problems with transactions before and it usually sends my top-ups instantly right after I paid for it, but right now it has been taking so much time. Maybe an hour or two. I wish they would fix this problem, I really love this app though.. too bad it's becoming slow now. 🙁 UPDATE: 5 Star My transactions are instant right now, been sending top-ups 2-3 times per week and I'm glad that it has been fixed. ♡ Thanks to Ding!

I'm finding the upgraded version very frustrating 😕. You are not given an option to choose the amount you wish to send. The credits are on the higher end and if you have sent before to a particular number they aren't allowing you to reduce or increase the amount on present top up, which I think is ridiculous. Why would I want to send £15. Everytime to an individual? Because I've done once?? I think the purchaser should be able to choose amount. Not a SET amount.
