Edit: Format my doorbell. Re-download my app and relinked the doorbell. It is working well again. Review: Use to work fine. But suddenly it stopped working properly. I can't view any videos or live feed from my doorbell. Not too sure what went wrong. The app just crashes. Please fix it.

This apps really doesn't work. Camera keep going offline, try to off and on the camera, off and on WiFi, reset camera, uninstall and install apps still didn't work. Really don't understand why. Overall app is not working well.

Server down. Unable to view camera even when in the same network. Factory reset and now cant even add the camera back. App keeps mentioning network error.

After the update recently, my app cannot connect to the device despite rebinding it several times. The app seems to be buggly.

Eques VEIU mini2 Users : do go to PLAYSTORE to update . I oso thinking when I see the app which oso showed version at latest. However when I opened the app in playstore, needs to be 'UPDATE' So now version = V1.00.04 B4 I did this UPDATE ,able to play back recorded clips. I also couldn't play back recorded clips when version was v3.3068 or smthg(me bad memory).

After update to ver 3.03.68, the app sends notification that the viewer detect and capture someone near the door but now cannot view it on the app. Likely contain lots of bug in the new app. Please troubleshoot and rectify the app to full working version.

Can't connect to phone. Can't restart device. Can't delete device. Said that I have wrong device name. Can't retrieve name. Can't create new. Please look into this ASAP

I unable to replay videos on my phone after the recent update. It show click the screen to reload. I click but still unable to play. Already restart, uninstall and install but still the same. Please fix this ASAP!

Didnt even bother to send the verification emai, had to use another email address to sign in, if i had to redo this gonna use a 3rd email.

Unless the app is kept active, else, no notification will be received. Running the app in the background may *fingers crossed* provide intermittent notification. However, this is met with much failure then success. Despite granting the required access and priority for data and battery usage, the app still fails to operate as promised. The "help" provided in-app does not solve the issue. Don't bother with it. Could've been great but the app ruined it. It's trash at this point. 软件废了Eques

After firmware update, the apps just went haywire. No detection, no notification. Don't deserve a star at all. The apps & the product is equally terrible. 14Feb 2022 - after firmware update AGAIN, now cannot even any video notifications. NO DESERVING STAR AT ALL.

My first Eques device stopped working (camera broke when not in use). I couldn't find another device & app that worked like this one. So I bought another Eques & had a little trouble setting it up. It appears to be working now. Three months later, I charged it & now it says offline in the app, & the device has a black screen. I emailed Eques & got no answer. Will not buy again!

Wife's account was logged out abruptly and now only 1 device is allowed to view via app, switching to other brands once Eques viewer spoils !!

You have a good device but your company may need to employ a better IT person. Your app has not been functioning well.

Losing the user friendliness!! (1) The latest app version does not allow PIR motion video clips to be shared directly anymore. (2) PIR events also often trigger late notifications. There are no notifications triggered at all these few days! (3) Phone rings minutes after someone has pressed the doorbell. (4) The feedback option within the app has also been removed. Please improve your app's user experience and software stability!!

I have uninstalled the app and reinstall. Login again and can connect now

There is a need to improve this apps. The moment when someone pressed on the door bell button, it will turn off line, resulting in user unable to access remotely. In order to avoid people to press the door bell button, I have to paste a black sticker over and disable the auto blue light, and place another separate door bell outside my house. Please help to resolve this bug issue. Thanks

The app was working fine before it updated. Now after the update even though there is notification for PIR alarm, it cannot view the video. Please rectify.

Did they update their app recently.. now i cannot view my picture in big screen keeps prompting "Click screen to reload" nothing happen... I did a snapshot nothing was save. Please do something....

Super annoyed when i receive notifications and it disappears on the app! Even when there's someone outside and we set it to high sensitivity, it picks up what it wants to pick up (which i don't know what it is). Please resolve this issue.
