NEVER DOWNLOAD IT! NEVER LET YOUR COMPANY USE THIS APP! IT DELETES USER INFO WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION!!!!!!!! It only provide 360 days of chatting history after updated even if I have all my data on my phone. I never changed my phone and never uninstall this app. It just forbid me from checking my own histories! It's ridiculous! This is the worst chatting app I have ever used.
Keep it lite and smooth. This app is very slow, keep upgrade. Also make a solution for network error.
Very easy to learn Chinese online class and is also easy to chat with friends the new update is very cool and they added new emojis.

Absolutely abhorrent. First of all, it randomly shows or doesn't show notifications. When I get calls, they often produce no sound. The interface is messy. My absolute favorite feature is this, however: When you turn screen off during a call, phone vibrates, which makes you think you got a message during the call breaks the call for a moment; you turn on the screen, see nothing, turn it off and get the vibration again. Trainwreck of a design.
This app is very good. It has to do lists, it can boost your productivity with telling others that you're busy, it also has an announcement features, and another great thing that it has e-mail that can be used for works. The only thing that is a problem that some features are in Chinese and I can't read them (at all). Can you make a setting for language, it'll be OK if it's only Chinese and English, but the more language is the more easier. Thank you.
Still not compatible with Android 12, what are you upgrading for?
The app is so slow whenever I am trying to watch videos, ppts etc.. It frozes. Also, when I am taking classes I cannot see the screen that my professor is sharing it's always "loading". It is so annoying. I don't have this problem with the computer app, but the mobile app is really bad.
The app keeps creating log files and sending the log files to some servers every 7 to 10 minutes. The app seems to be very busy all the time that it drains the phone's battery very quickly. The app seems to be very busy all the time that it slows down the whole phone to a crawl. Hopefully all these can be fixed, so that I can start using DingTalk again.
Cannot translate to english. I know this app is from China but as this app is being used globally, need to add feature to translate all message to english.

Very slow n not respondsive app.... Not recemended.... Will make your life very stressfull because this stupid app n stupid company that force the employee use this kind of app for routine work...
Ding will NOT notify me of new messages! I have all of the settings correct on the app for notifications. No noise. No visual notifications, nothing! The first few after installing, I did receive notifications, both visual and audio. Then it just stopped. I need Ding for work and this lack of notification is a HUGE problem.
I can't get push notifications on my phone. I have to open the app to check of I've any msges all the time. My Phone is Android A31 and am on Android 11 system. I've emailed your support email but no reply. Pls help!
Awesome! This is a very well designed online management app, it's richful functions and powerful. I understand why people rate this app like 1star, this is a kind of app for executive manager, only few people have skill and interest to well performance it. Overall, 4.7/5, brilliant work, well done.

oh my God don't use dingtalk. It's awful in so many ways. I can't stand this garbage program. It won't send or receive messages when I'm not on WiFi, yet my messages never sync fully to desktop. It slows down my processing speed on mobile and desktop to a staggering degree and the privacy settings are absolutely creepy. The UI is unintuitive and service is unreliable & choppy. Work makes me have this but I'm going to make it my mission to remove it from our entire company, because its worthless
The rest of this app was a nice experience, except for the fact that when the host sends the sign in option, it does not make a noise when live is being broadcasted, it would be a nice addition if there could be any sort of sound effect, when the host sends the sign in marker.
It was suppose to be a very usable app but the new version is almost a piece of junk. I cannot use the online classroom. I've used it for about 3 times but now it's just always its just always loading, once done buffering its my profile picture not the blackboard. Please fix this problem, the application is nice actually but not convenient at all. Please fix the issue, thank you so much.
Recently freezing my phone! Web client is outdated, therefore can't be used with a lot of features. No Linux client. App still has missing English translations. In app notification/pop-up is too easily dismissed. App frequently reported as draining battery. Inconsistent back button and close button (both displayed?). Only single login allowed on app and desktop, and my account is tied to phone number. Mini app UI can be completely inconsistent with main app.

We bought 2 MX1 for company attendance use. Unfortunately, we don't see the captured information in the attendance report. It did not come with a manual. But somehow managed to set it up but still no luck getting the attendance data online. Spent several hours talking to their China phone support who, apparently, don't know anything as well... Very frustrated
I have been having some major issues with the dingtalk app lately, after a recent update. Normally, I am able to share my screen with everyone in my group without a problem, but I have been having issues all this week with sharing my screen and with everyone in the group being able to hear my videos when I share them as well. Please fix this issue soon... Update: 08/09/2021 I had to delete the app off of my phone for a little while, but now it will not let me download it again. Plz fix this!
The worst video conferencing software. Slow. Doesn't detect video and sound properly. Doesn't show videos of other people. Shared screens disappear, audio disappeared, videos disappears. Limited hosting options. Ram hog. If you company and Chinese counterpart proposes this software, REJECT IT. Get with the times, China. Use Zoom.
