It's basically just a coupon app w/o any great savings and more work. I got the 20$ credit from Tmobile. Every restaurant it showed me for my area had way better deals through their own sites or another party (ex. groupon). Overall, I've never "saved" 20$ that I'm estimated with the credit. At most it's 10$ because the offers are too limited, sometimes are not accepted or understood by vendors, and they over estimate savings a lot of the time (they est. 7$ but I saved $3). Not worth it.

This app is a POS and these thieves always expire credit early. When you say something expires on a certain date it means it expires at midnight, not midnight the day before. Do you think this app is perfect? Have you run it lately? It's not. Why no updates since December of 2019? BTW, the "please check your device's network settings" message is your problem, not ours. It pops up constantly when connected to WiFi and LTE. You can fix that to start with.

Terrible new app. I had purchased multiple coupons with my T-mobile credit in the old app and now they are gone! All I have is a $10 credit towards new coupons. I had at least 5 or 6 coupons left to use. Some restaurants may have disappeared and I understand why. This app is a joke! I had contacted customer service before about not being able to use one of the coupons because the business closed and all I got was a thanks for letting us know and never received a credit back to my account!

Am i understanding this concept correctly? You don't just downloaded this app and get discounts. You have to buy credits up front ($15 for $25 worth of credit, $40 for $100 worth of credit), then use those credits to apply the discounts. So if a discount says you save $10 and you bought $50 worth of credit for $25, then you actually only saved $5 instead of the advertised $10. This seems like a scam at worst and convoluted at best.

This is the stupidest program I've ever seen. You get an invite code with a credit amount... Can you order food with that credit? No. You can choose from the lame offers that are present like (yes this was a real offer) "$4 off appetizer with two full entrees purchase".... And that four dollars comes from the credit amount in your profile. It's ridiculously convaluted and that's before it constantly crashes all of the time. I cannot fathom how people like this

This app says it saves you money but you buy credits with $ and then you look up offers that the estimated savings $ is subtracted from that credit witch a 1:1 transfer so $25 is 25 credit and then you select an offer witch from what i have seen is 2 for 1 mostly so if the first item cost $5 and 2 cost $10 it just takes $5 from your credit so your paying the same but with more steps to seem like your saving. Do not recommend.

Bait and switch. App is a scam, don't use! They do not provide customer service when u can't print a coupon so it now shows redeemed when you haven't used it. Total waste of money and time. I've emailed them 5 times. No one ever responds. They take your credits and you can't print so you lose $$$. Worst app in playstore. Avoid

They have the nerve to reply stating I redeemed my purchased offers. No, I added a 20.00 credit on Dec 29, 20 and the offers were never redeemed. They were gone the next day. I had 1 dollar left. I contacted support and I received 3 emails telling me how to use the app. Never offered to give back the 19.00 in purchases. There is a glitch in this app. It still shows an expired coupon available yet my purchases are gone! Whoever have answering your emails needs to be educated about the app. 👎

App constantly tells me to "check my device's network settings" EVERY time I make a selection. This despite being on a 5G network or my home's high speed Internet connection. Extremely annoying. REVISION: Update seems to have resolved issue, so I have increased my rating.

This is the worst app I have EVER CAME ACROSS!! tmobile Tuesday gave customers a $20 credit towards the app so I set it up. Well I have never been so embarrassed I showed the restaurant the coupon when I was paying for my food and all it was is me paying $5 of my credit to get $5 off my order not $20 to enjoy the food. That just doesn't make since at all. Why would anyone buy $5 coupon to get $5 off or less. Definitely a horrible app! The owner said he asked to take fulins off the app BAD APP

Nic. G. Aug 25, 2019

Terrible app experience all around. First off the app's name isnt even right. It displays "B2BDAndroid" instead of Dining Advantage. Once in the app, it keeps insiting its not connected to the network when it clearly is. The experience of this app is just horrible and idk why they made a new app that is exactly identical to the pervious app, yet worse somehow?!

I've tried to use these offers at the locations that participate in this program. These locations are unaware of these offers as well as their managers. Some of the locations are even out of business! I've brought this up to customer service and haven't received any updates for 3+months.

wil. g. Sep 12, 2020

Save your time, save your phone space, this is just a coupon app that overestimates savings and is even hardly known by anyone. Vendors will look at you like you are mad telling them you have a coupon from dining advantage. I would not recommend it to anyone. T mobile should link us with better deals

I specifically went to the Subway address listed in the app. Asked them if they take D.A. coupons/codes. Said they never heard of it and no way to enter codes. I tried anyway, and redeemed $5 for a BOGO offer. So if 2 subs normally cost $16, and I redeem $5 credit, end up paying $8 anyway, then I've rly spent $13 and only saved $3? Well, even that would have been better than what actually happened. I showed code to merchant, and they said they cant use it. So my $5 is now redeemed and gone.

Can't register. Where do you get an access code? Nothing on app about getting the code. Are you people just trying to make it as hard as possible to make this work? This is not a banking app, so why the attempt at such security? Geeze, just make it easier to register and use. In response to you information on the codes. There were none provided on the T-Mobile App.

Downloaded app but after reading the amount of horrible experiences and the lack of attention to address the issues and correct them by the developer I'm dissapointed. Better safe then sorry. Focus on your customer service and improve the user experience. You'll retain your customers. Unfortunately, by the looks of things, youre to deep to redeem yourselves.

The Dining Advantage model is pretty darn scammy... got free credit to try it out. The bogo i got was only good up to $9 off... all the entries were at $15 minimum. When i got to the restaurant the voucher wouldnt show so i had to pay full price anyway... Really tough to make this worth your time.

I had to edit this review, because this is the only way that they communicate. EDIT: The description targets consumers, promising discounts that the app (not 4th parties) provides, partnering w/restaurants & retailers. So, after the 24 hours given to use t-mo's promo, what good is the app to the user? My review was written from that perspective. It seemed worthless and the way that you describe it, seems to confirm what I thought.

If you can't find someone to update your app ICON on our screens to READ "Dining Advantage" instead of "B2BDAdroid" - yes it reads just like that on my Android - you ought to fire the lot of them and hire someone who can. The last time the app was updated was July 2019, which is absurd, when you have been getting reviews from people telling you it's wrong, and you still haven't updated it? Seriously? That's not how I would run my shop!

joe. s. Sep 11, 2020

Hello, to whom it may concern I would like to say this app needs to be updated because its confusing the way it's now and not very welcoming app, so someone need to update with a better way to save money when using it. Also the codes aren't working, it should be change to some kind of bar scanner.

lcm. Sep 11, 2020

Purchased a coupon that stated it would save me $6(that amount was deducted from my total) The actual coupon saved me $3. The store had a better deal. So didnt actually use coupon then it disappear.

Sar. R. Oct 14, 2020

Waste of money anywhere iv gone they told me they don't know what this app is and don't discount anything. UPDATE: granted they refunded me. None of the places on the list for my area except anything from this app. So I still wasted time trying it at other places. If I could give a zero i would. UPDATE NUMBER 3: they literally tell told me "The Rules of Use state that Entertainment will not be responsible if an establishment refuses to honor a coupon". Dont waste money. No one honors it by me.

Bra. J. Sep 29, 2020

Confusing and unsuccessful experience. Selected an offer for 3 medium pizzas for $15. App said it was taking $10 off my credits. Why $10? Not sure. Asks if I want to redeem by printing or by mobile. No printer so I choose mobile. The deal disappears. It now appears under redeemed/expired. How do I get my food? Not sure. Giving up. Wasted close to an hour of my time with this.

Aks. B. Sep 14, 2020

Terrible app, tells you estimated savings which are completely incorrect. I got the $20 credit from TMobile and got one coupon for one Smoothie King location which they didn't even accept. Also from seeing the other reviews they blame the users instead of fixing their problems or say sorry the app isn't up to our taste when we try to give helpful feedback. Better to just use RetailMeNot or Honey instead of this.

Ter. K. Mar 10, 2021

I tried to use coupons 3 times at 3 different restaurants. All restaurants stated they did not know what it was and they did not accept the coupons. The owners of one even came and talked to me and I explained the app to them and they were clueless as they dont have any coupons.I see the company replies alot saying to go to their FAQ to report these resturants but the fact it happened 3 times says enough to me that they are just adding resturants without permission. Sad Tmobile is pushing this.

Logged in and received credits for T-Mobile Tuesday, stayed up half of the night researching Chuck E Cheese to prepare to take my wife and 4 year old son for a fun day. Then I applied the credits toward a $52.99 offer, believing the $40 in dining credits would cover most of the cost... it deducted $5 from my dining credits and was still going to make us purchase the full $52.99 listed price for the coupon. DiningAdvantage is completely misleading. It feels like a scam. I let my son down :(

Ter. H. Oct 7, 2020

Unacceptable app, credit in my account by any of the listed by d.a ice cream cafes, restaurant s, vendors etc thru T-mobile. Took lotsa time researching calling, going into each listed restaurant , vendor. They never gesrd if this d.a. we have no way to even accept this credit, we never authorized this, etc . So I lost this credit which d.a. will not credit me. I n this health pandemic having me physically go in the restaurant unnecessarily since the restaurants are rejecting this credit.

I drove a long way to redeem my museum coupon only to find out Dining Advantage is fraudulently issuing these coupons without their permission. I spoke with the museum manager who assured me she will take action. All of Dining's too-good-to-be-true deals are scams.

Jes. W. Nov 19, 2019

Definitely won't use. This seems like such a scam and many of the places I do not even frequent or have bad reviews. Can't understand why anyone would actually use this when most food apps allow you loyalty rewards instantly. skip this app it's like a bad version of groupon. Just use groupon.

Ric. A. Sep 14, 2019

Very poorly written app. It will only launch from the play store. No location services, so you better know the zip or city that you want to search in. I hope that it gets better.
