brilliant. I wished it was available earlier in my life, would have saved me days and nights of agony when I couldn't get doc appointment, hanging around emergency departments, chronic UTI over years. Thank you.

I was scared to use it but after seeing the video it's so simple,a 7 yr old could do it,only problem is that it's a little bit expensive
Had symptoms of a UTI so bought this in hope of sorting quickly. First the app froze on a little yellow dot and then on the image of the woman - uninstalled, cleared cache, restarted phone repeatedly - nothing seemed to help. Then it worked randomly. Took the test, following the instructions to the letter, only to be told there was a shadow on the photo, despite being directly under a window. Tried again repeatedly until the 2 mins ran out... No luck. Useless!
long winded, waste of packaging and doesn't even give you the result at the end. waste of time and money
quick and clear instructions
I do everything the kit tells me to do and I get to the picture taking section and it says the room is to bright. Then to dark. Then it won't focus and then finally it takes the picture then it comes up with a message saying it needs to be taken again but when it brings me back to the camera it informs me that it's been 2 minutes and the test won't work no more .....so what? That's it? £10 down the drain and left uncomfortable and just told to call a number. Just go to the doctors.
Good idea but it only gave me a few seconds to put my camera over the top of the stick and then no option to retake. Two minutes later the leukocytes square has lit up positive but my results say negative because it didn't give eboug time. Not very pleased and now worried I won't be able to get treatment despite knowing I need it.
Sounds like a brilliant idea but their idea of 'well-lit" is quite strict. My test informed me the lighting wasn't good enough then timed out as I was trying to fix it. I'll have to wait till I can get to town to get a new kit. Would it cost so much to include two dipsticks?

Fantastic! I bought the kit in store and was able to do the test at my home (no more doctors appointment + painful wait). It is easy to use and the app is very clear! I recommend it :)
Don't waste your money! Test is not working! At the time that you have to scan making a picture, it says that image is blurry, in a few seconds the time it's expired and confirms that you need to buy a new kit.

What am amazing kit! Simply picked it in store and completed the test at home within minutes. I was able to get antibiotics from the pharmacist without having to wait (in pain!) for a GP appointment. The app is very clear and saves valuable time for both myself and the GP surgery. Would highly recommend!
Unfortunately the test didn't work for me.Had symptoms of uti over the Easter weekend and couldn't get an appointment with a doc until the Tuesday so thought would give this a go so I could try some kind of over the counter treatment.Easy to do with clear instructions and my results came up negative for everything! but the doctors one was full of white blood cells and by now I was fevering and dizzy as it's spread to my kidneys,had to be put on antibiotics so hopefully it will clear up quickly.
