I can't refill my medications. Why else would I have this app!? It still says my order from october is pending, which I recieved in october, but can't refill now unless I call by phone each and every month. Can we get this act together!? CVS specialty pharmacy had ZERO problems with their online system and even sent inspirational quotes cards with their medication deliveries. Does anyone know how the hell to work your own patient portal? I wish I could give this app a 0. It SUCKS!
The app has potential, but is poorly designed. I'm seriously considering uninstalling this app.
