Would love to give this 5 stars. Been over a year since I used dip. Got a new phone and can't get my information back. Even paid for the upgrade. Loved everything about it but really unsatisfied not getting my old profile back. Would definitely rate 5/5 if customer service would reach out.
Nice app, but the chat function hasn't been working for the past few days. Anytime I try to open it it just tries to load for eternity. I couldn't find any way to report this issue through the app either
I really liked the app, even upgraded it, but when I changed phones I couldn't use the premium stuff. Also I can't find help anywhere or come in contact with the company.
I agree with previous reviewers about the chat feature not working. I just bought the premium subscription today and the chat hasn't worked at all. Other than that the app looks great and is easy to use!
This would be higher rated if the chat feature didnt just stop working. All you get is the loading screen and then it freezes.
Useful app. I bought the pro version, quit for a while and deleted the app. I'm trying to quit again so I reinstalled and it says I have to buy the pro version again... Is there anyway to regain the pro version without paying $10 again?
Awesome app! Helped me quit for 2yrs, sadly started nursing school and stress got me hooked. Glad I got this app to go to though.
Would be a great app but the section were you change the date on when you want to quit won't go further than 2019
Nuce app but cant set quit date like others have stated.. everything but the day you open the app is greyed out.
It gives you something to actually look at and motivate you as your health numbers go up.
Overall pretty good but health stats arent working that's really the only problem I've encountered so far.

This app was the little edge i needed to quit. Don't quit unless you can! (2nd attempt; a year later, i am newly quit again. It really is hard to quit. This app, a strong support network and willpower to not buy are the only i got at the moment. Hope it works)

I loved this app, but now it doesn't accurately calculate money or tins saved. I finally got it to save my quit date, but the data is wrong.
Update was the destruction of this app. Checked in to see my stats after 10 months quit... Everything is gone & it won't sync with my email. What a disappointment.
Used the app Daily until the update. All stats were deleted and I can no longer log into the chat. Guess that's what they mean by you cant have good things
The app is good. But would highly recommend developer to kindly update it with better graphical interface, notification reminder and dip logger integrated in widget on home screen itself, health benefits should be periodically notified. Motivational tips section. I hope this will let the app more dynamic and wonderful.
