App is NEVER fully functional. Works for payments most of the time, but everything else you have to call them. It is a dinosaur of an app.
Worst company in Texas can't log in to app. Can't pay it online because its saying "can't retrieve bill try again later". Can't pay over the phone because their payment system is down and call center is closed. I am sleeping in the closet because it's so cold. Worst company in the world. Stay as far as you can.
This is by far the worst app I have seen from an electric company. It seems the only thing that works is the payment tab. Everything else logs you out of the system. They need to find a way to make this app work.
I installed the power to go account manager and logged in and it worked. The next morning it gave an error that there was a new version for power to go 2.0 so I downloaded it. Now this app does not recognize the username and password that I literally just set up last night, and the acct manager app will not allow me to open it any longer.
Downloaded the first direct energy app,logged in and was told to get this one. Same issue as everyone else.
Dude, I can not login since this app came out... Direct Energy what are you thinking about this? You should fix this or PLEASE remove this garbage app from play store. You had have at least 1 year to fix it and all you do is nothing.
It won't show a negative sign in the balance. For instance it showed I had $5 on the account when it should have said - $5.
The old one worked just fine, now this stupid thing keeps giving error message! 😠😡
Intermittent errors when trying to log on and intermittent errors when trying to submit payments. Very frustrating.. also, would be nice if the power to go app had the itemized appliance usage. That looks cool
Will not let me log in! I had this issue some months ago and then downloaded the app again and was finally able to log in. Now it forced me to update to the "power to go" app and I am unable to log in once again. What are you doing DE???
What the hell??? I tried to log in and it says it's an error. Tried to call the call center and they're closed. I can't even log in to pay my bill and this is frustrating!!! Fix these bugs and I'll change my rating
This app is f•¢kΠ TERRIBLE! How's an individual suppose to keep their power on if they can't even log in?!?!

This App is working fine for me. I have a new Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone and I've the app on older Androids. Direct Energy has another app I've never been able to login to. I suspect Direct Energy has problems with their accounts, not necessarily with their app. But I understand people being frustrated with the app.
