Instructions are easy to understand. The trick is in adequate lighting and holding phone steady while taking the pictures.

Processes like transfers are intuitive and seamless. Very happy with access and account information. Makes banking enjoyable and worry free. DFCU takes care of problems easily.
App is good in most respects except TERRIBLE taking pictures of checks to be deposited when using an Ipad Pro or motorola smart phone. Big waste of time.

Last updated in Sept 2020. With the DFCU system updates, always responds with the message that system is being updated. Closing on on 3 weeks of downtime.
To hard to focus on depositing checks . There are apps that focus so you dont have to look for the camera button .

Too long to open app. Way too fussy to take photo of checks. Better this time.

The auto-shoot feature when making deposits is very cool!
Hard to photograph the checks for mobile deposit. Window is always over the borders of the check.

Overall, the application works very well. Sometimes, it is too picky about the lighting it wants for taking a picture of a check deposit, and the "deposit check" button can't be seen on your phone in landscape view. That's why I gave it 4 stars.
