Edit for recent changes:14/04/2022 - Irresponsive customer service, no clue about what's happening, nothing's working as expected. I just love this app. This has helped me save so much and it's the easiest app to use. I have tried others and quickly uninstalled them. This is simple and easy to use. Plus the Sqqrl Away feature that automatically invests the change from the amount you spend every day is totally awesome - saved more than 10k from change.
It was quite user friendly when i initially installed it. But after the update post April, it has been difficult. I don't see my transactions and neither am I able to do any payments. Please fix this ASAP.
Very very unhappy with the customer service. No one is there to hear and sort your queries. Sip amount increased without any prior notice. Unable to make payment past 2-3 months.
No response from the customer care service from past a month. Not able to withdraw my money from the account and have realised the same issue have been facing by many of other customers. Hoping to get this rectified soon!
App was really good earlier. But now they are asking either to migrate or to redeem. I am not getting enough information and customer support is also not helping.
I have been trying to pay for my sip but unable to pay from 2 months. I have paid extra money for customer support but nobody is replying to my chats or my emails.
Sudden change in app policies are unexpected and after raising my redemption requests in app from last 2 weeks, there is no processing from Sqrrl and customer care is not responding.
Worst app I have ever used ....I request withdraw my money....still I didn't got my money credit into my bank account ....and customer care service they don't reply to your message
I havent been able to open the app at all. There was an update and the app keeps crashing everytime i open it. Please fix this.
Sqrrl Away concept was novel.idea, , infact I would have been willing to pay extra for that but initially that feature was a hit and miss but I stuck around for the novelty of that idea for 2 years and now it has completely stopped working. Also now I see you started charging a flat ₹30 as a platform advisory fee but there is no explanation as to what that actually means. What's the point of charging for something that every other competitor app does for free.
My personal experience of 1 year almost 1 year journey with sqrrl this is one of the simplest and yet most advanced app out there.Customer service is also very good and after a year i can say i have never had any issues either with the app, investments, redemptions,or the customer support. I have been using the app for almost 2 years and I was happy with it. But with the latest update we have to provide a convenience fee for 30 rupees and this is a total turnoff as none of the other fintech app charges convenience fees. The whole point for installing the app is now a waste. I would rather pay directly for my Mutual funds now.
Very nice experience till now. New user interface is quite excellent and the smoothness of slider is awesome. Seamless experience with new design. Even a beginner can also use it. Don't know about support because I haven't face any issue. Overall this is an excellent and services. Keep up the good work. Thank you. 🙏
I have been so happy with this app. Using this app for the past 2 years and I have never been dissatisfied with it. Sqrrl has made it so much easier for me to invest, save money according to my needs. And on top of that they solve my complaints, doubts, clarifications etc. in the best way whenever I face them. I recommend it to everyone who asks me how to start with investments and savings.
As a beginner this app helped me a lot...user friendly interface, easy to invest, best direct mutual funds, and it picks funds for my goal. More payment options needed and there should be beginners guide for novice, which would explain mutual fund and sip related basic concepts. All the best.
This rating is not just for app but its for overall service of valuevest. App is a little bit for new direct mutual fund investors, but the great thing is the freindly nature of staff, any queries you ask, they will reply within minutes. Any difficulty tell, they will solve it immediately. This app is very simple and clean, best for beginners and I recommend every beginner to try this app.
Initially I was skeptical about the app, but their income tax planning & SIP options took over the line. I have to say, this is one of the best personal finance app out there, with beautiful design and a smooth interface. Kudos to the team!
Great app to invest in all the mutual funds available. This platform is direct. Which means no commission. SIP option is very nice and easy to start and stop. Support team is pretty fast and the app is very clean and no ads. Very well designed in terms of UI and usage. I have recommended this platform to many friends.
I loved the features of the app, although there's one tiny flaw which I think needs to be fixed. There should be an option for monthly saving also, apart from daily and weekly savings.
Your newly launched insurance flow is a delight. I was thinking of getting a term insurance from some time and after finally purchasing it, seems that I've made the right decision - the brand name of Max coupled with the great services of Sqrrl. Small thing though. You should add more options.
They started charging rs 30 per transaction, big no no.. This is BS, I am off to other apps (groww)
Great UI. Very very user friendly. Sqrll away not reading SMS and rounding up the amount spent by me in a day on OnePlus 3. Less investment options and direct plans available. Overall great for beginners....
It's a very user friendly and interactive app which provides and guides us multiple options to choose funds from in a convenient way. Customer service is also very responsive.
It was good App earlier. Now it is now charging heavy payments. I now migrated yo Groww
I had opted to withdraw my money. But now it's 19 days and I didn't receive money to my bank account. Costumer care not responding.
Previously it was working in smooth way. But from the last 6months ,we r facing lot of issues. Firstly it asked to migrate . After that total money stuck in wallet only. After repeated emails, also no use.phone support not working. After mail complain ,they call us. They assure us to resolve in 1day.but nothing happens. We cannot get interest and we cannot withdraw. This shows their total irresponsible nature .
