This app is TRASH!! Wish I could give it negative 10 stars!! It takes forever to load (when it even works). The information on it is outdated. Will only allow you to request off within 30 days of the date... probably so the can deny your request for inadequate notice. Constantly makes you change your password. I can't think of one good thing about it. Basically, this app is a useless waste of your phones memory.

I absolutely hate this app. Super frustrating, unfriendly, and impossible to get help. I'm just trying to set up my direct deposit for work and I have to jump through 1000 hoops, having to download other apps that also don't work well. This is my 3rd attempt trying to get it to work and it's just not happening. Unbelievably irritating. I would never recommend this app.

It works, but man is it slow! Takes over 30 seconds to load to even get to the sign in screen. I can sign in and access everything, but it is faster to open my Chrome browser and access the website that way. I was hoping to get things faster with this app, but boy was I disappointed. This app is not worth keeping.

Having to login twice???!? Logging in once is a pain itself but then having to login again, just to see my schedule!?? Have set as default but give us the option to turn it off. Everything else, I have no problems with so far. 1 star, the purpose of any app is convenience.

Absolute garbage. Microsoft authenticator is a broken link. Crashes constantly. The app and site are both unstable and barely functional. Overbearing security, especially for getting your schedual. You have to log in twice for your schedual, but not for your payroll info. The app mostly just connects to the site and even manages to do a shoddy job of that. Its a disgrace of an app.

It's useless 99% of the time, I end up have to go onto the web to check my paychecks which defeats the whole purpose of the app. And if you erase it off your phone is the biggest Hassel to get it back.... Will not recommend period.

Glitchy, unreliable, always misbehaves. At log in, the app suggests my log in credentials, but as soon as I tap on them it disappears and leaves the username and password fields blank. When I am able to log in, the app logs me out when I try to access my payroll. This app is unreliable and 9.5 times out of 10 it does not work as it should. Use the website if able, stay clear of this joke.

This app simply does not work. I have tried to login using no more than 5 browsers on my pc. Using Chrome on my phone and directly through the app. Everytime I get "authorization error occurred". I have changed my password and used the one time code to the exact same result. Either fix this app or replace this app with something that actually works or your employees are going to riot.

Most unfriendly frustrating app. I keep trying to log on with the one time pin, but it wont allow me to until I provide my current password. If I could remember it, from 5 yrs ago, I wouldn't be trying to reset it and use the one time pin, but I have to know it in order to reset. I think this is was why I stopped trying to use it 5 years ago. Safeway/Albertsons should use Time Forge, much easier to use.

When it will open, it works well enough. Of course, there is no other app to choose from, so I use it. The app has all the pertinent information I need but as of today, I haven't been able to get it to open for about 3 days. It also would be nice if I could change direct deposit amounts without using the store computer. I

what an abysmal failure!!! The app or their servers won't let you login half the time. Then tells you there have been too many failed logins and your account is locked and you need to reset your password. when you do get logged in, you have to login a second time to get your schedule. i don't know what the person(s) who developed this app were paid; but it was way too much. Fix it right!!!

Not the greatest app works most times but then does not work and the app does not work how it should. Is not running how it don't relay on this app and it is not keeping up with schedules for people. Not working after update won't let me in after the first log in and then it shows another that I don't know about. Always is down and not working

Seriously this is the absolute worst app that I'm forced to use. No other way to see what I've been paid. Would really like to go back to paper check. It would take less time to go to the store, pick up the check drive to the bank to deposit it than trying to 1) log into this app and 2) navigate it. I really absolutley hate this app.

Works ok. Main issue is that it does not remember your username (or password) and it does not authenticate via biometrics. Resolve those issues and my rating will change. It's 2019, time to step up your game.

the system is buggy and requires a complete overhaul to be usable. I unfortunately have to use it to request time off, as the website throws up antivirus alerts everytime I navigate to it.

When the app asks for a pin I go to my authenticator app I am required to download and it gives me a 8 digit code. This stupid app wont let you out in 8 digits only 4 or 6. So I have to hope my pay is right. But given the reviews I highly doubt the developers will do anything to fix it. They should have left it alone and not fool with it. It worked much better before they messed with the app

This is potentially the worst app I've ever seen. It's genuinely mind-boggling why it's this awful when so many people's job information is stored and viewable through it. Yeah, it works, but it hasn't even been scaled properly for mobile devices. We're living in the 21st century, not the 90s. If this is how little this company cares about ease of use on devices that virtually everyone has... yikes.

Disappointed with this app. Requires multiple log-in's just to see my schedule. User-friendly for the most part, but very slow and laggy. Better than nothing, but not great.

I used to could log in but my app keeps saying authentication failed and it's always the right info I put in. I even tried changing my password but yet it still doesn't work; it keeps sending me back to the log in page. Please fix this now.

This alp used to work fine for me but ever since it updated its complete trash, it tries telling me my emails fake and my phone numbers invalid. it wont let me change my password cause its saying the answer to my security questions (which I wrote down so I woukdnt forget them) are wrong. AMD of course it wont let me log in either, it keeps saying authentication error. and it wont even let me try to request the stupid pin. I'm ANGRY.

Have to log in twice to view schedule, auto-remember password doesn't work. Everything is slow and outdated. Sign up process took way too long.

EDIT: Now they removed the schedule viewer? Are you kidding..... I can't stand this app. You already had to login 2 separate times to see your information, and now since the update they added an extra step. So now it takes 3 different logins just to see your schedule. You check the "don't ask again for 21 days" and it still asks you everytime you first sign in. If you look back into the reviews these issues go back for months so doubtful the developers will even bother to fix anything.

This app never works. I login with the same info I use to login at work and it tells me its invalid and to use my organizational account...i just want to be able to check my schedule without having to drive into work if Im out of town.

This app is utter garbage and a waste of phone storage. It works about .07% of the time. I changed my password about 3 times in a row and still refuses to let me access it. This app is poorly made and is almost comical how much of an irritation it is to even TRY to use. Albertsons Companies Co. Should do themselves a favor and stop using this petty sad excuse for a helpful app. I wouldn't wipe my ass with this.

Horrible! Tells me to login so I do and it tells me wrong password (when I just got done making it) I make a new one and it still says wrong password. I haven't used this app in a year and it's still garbage.Trying to get direct deposit going but I have to create a new pw every time I log in.What a joke!!!! Wish I could give it 0 stars

This app makes me sign in 3 different times just to log in and then I have to close the browser all the tabs then re log in again and it don't have the option to show desktop version for detailed pay stubs. And now every time I open it, it says bad syntax

It won't let u log in. It sux. I haven't been able to log in for over a week. I can't check my stubs if I am lucky enough to get in. You really need to get better tech people on this problem. They obviously don't know what they're doing.

App crashes and only let me sign in once about 5 months ago. Uninstalled and just reinstalled, now saying that I don't have permission to access the app and that it can't load it's content.

This is literally the worst app that I have ever used in all the years since I've owned a smart phone. And every update makes it worse, not better. It's embarrassing. I'd rather not have one, but I can't get anything to load at work and I don't have time for it at work, anyway.

It never works correctly. can never check my schedule its rarely up ro date when i can. i cant see internal job postings. it takes forever to load. all in all a great idea that has been executed poorly by using bargain programming.
