You need to be a dealer. What's the use if the user can't change the configuration on their own? Dumbest app and product ever. It doesn't mention this when you buy it....
DirectLink Won't work for the consumer to change sirens and sound settings You to Need to pay A technician to do changes to the system for you. I bought it I own it.
professional user, this rarely actually connects to product. It's a fight to make it function at all
Can not connect to DS4+. Keeps giving Application Error. Better off installing a DC3.
I buy your product yet have no ability to make even the simplest customer changes? This should be available to owners not just installers!!
Need to be a dealer to use. Pain in the @$$ for anyone trying to do it at home.
Great for installers. The help chat resets when phone goes into sleep mode though. Thats my only issue. Directwire is awesome and flashing a ds4 is fantastic.
