Hi. had a problem with the apps it says the app is for older version of android and says check for update but theres no available update. hope to hear from you. thanks
Samsung s10 was working fine, then Login and get the choice of a blank screen or a map of Africa, tried emailing support with no response.
had it installed but it stopped working. uninstalled and tried to install again but.now can't even download. please fix.

The app doesn't work. It wont let me log in from my samsung s10+.
Just a bit to 'busy' with buttons and stuff when you are using it out in the field on a mobile
Log on loads screen the goes back to log on screen . A waste of time
Logs in and just displays a black screen and swipes to a map of Africa.
since the recent update with Android it will not allow me to use this app anymore

Have to log out and back in again to get trucks to pull up. If viewing location of a truck and instinctively hit back button it closes the app instead of going back to fleet overview. But now that maps have quit working I guess that's a non-issue!! I've contacted support several times since 7-20 and so far there is no resolution. Guess they quit working when the maps did.
Needs work seems to be just a port of iPhone app which works well from what I've seen but the android version does not rotate I can't seem to really scroll anywhere without moving the whole screen. Just a wee bit more effort guys.
Worked great until the last update on my laptop, the mobile app won't let me login
The app quit working so did the ELD no customer service
How does it work? I put in user name and password but there's no way to put in account number. Also no support from Telatrac.
Works seamlessly.....I'm a dispatcher at a large towing company, now I don't have to be tied to a computer to see where my drivers are. Entered our name and password, and it logged me right in no problem. Nice :)
Use to excellent but nw can't get anything to come just a blank screen

Works well for a bit but needs updating as stops working with newer android phones. Perfect for when on call over weekends.
