Disaster Detector
From the Smithsonian Science Education Center, Disaster Detector teaches players how to analyze and interpret data on natural hazards to forecast future catastrophic events and how to implement tools to mitigate the effects of those disasters.

This game is very good for teaching. It tells you everything about how disasters form. And what the city does to keep everyone safe from disasters.
it's a very very good game except it's way too easy for me put some more disasters in there

Addictive game to me. tornadoes: grey is weak while purple is strong; watch the barometer and especially the anemometer. Earthquakes: make something before it happens; I made support centers before the first earthquake hit in Blossom city. just giving u a heads up on earthquakes. Volcanoes; watch the thermometer when u see it smoking. Hurricanes: white is weak, grey with lightning is strong.

Needs more levels and more disaster other than that its a great game

I played on the website based version and was honestly disappointed I can't get the app to open on my phone (Galaxy S9) as I am an education major and I was hoping to eventually use this in a classroom. Hopefully though this will be fixed by then
