Disaster Prediction App

The original app. Was very concise and very easy to follow, which was great, as it was all very new science to many of us. The updated version is excellent too. It has grown into a very sophisticated and dynamic application. It's easy to use and it shows how we've grown as a community, that we now require more info, all the time. Outstanding work Ben and Kat. And team. Eyes open... Xx

I own a newly purchased Samsung J3 where all my base software and new apps work. I love this app and I highly recommend it to anyone who cares about space weather. I purchased a year subscription and I've owned the app before the update and I've had no problems. Now that I own a new phone It refuses to work. Launching the app works. I get the earth emblem that signifies a loading screen. After about a second the app goes to black and becomes completely unresponsive. Thank you for assisting us.

I really loved the app before it changed. I really appreciated the flare notifications that told to watch out for increased health related issues. That was really the reason i used this app. Some of us don't quite understand all the info and getting those type notifications helped me so much. Idk why but certain changes/flares really affect me. Please bring back an option to get those type notifications

The new and improved disaster app is so feature-rich & puts so much information at your fingertips, that you don't have to go searching for it. It is easy now to go and see what is going on with the Earth and the Sun. I love the map that shows the wind currents and where the Earth spots are. Every menu is so deep with information. Just make sure you scroll down to see it all on your phone.

Was very happy with this app before recent update. When loaded nothing works clicking anything on the first page that loads does absolutely nothing. I have had a paid subscription for almost a year and there is not a way to contact support because absolutely nothing can be clicked on the only page that loads when app is opened.

This app is awesome. Don't believe the negative reviews. It has always worked perfectly for me, and is always showing data accurately and in real time. I will also add that it seems like the negative comments are put at the top of the list, so people don't see the positive ones first.

Disappointing. Not what I was expecting. Unfortunately I paid the $5.99 thinking it would unlock actual useful information, but I was wrong. I tried the contact tab which didn't allow me to contact anyone. :(

I downloaded this app because I follow your youtube channel and desired to have the app to learn more,and in case something should happen in my neck of the woods as well as continue being informed. However upon opening the app. All i get is a black screen, nothing I do changes. I even updated the app. Still no changes at all. I wanted to show a screen shot of what I see. However I don't have that option. Wanted to do the same on YouTube. Don't have the option. I hoped to get help.

After listening to space weather news for years I install the app only to find it is absolutely useless. No charts very little info but hey, every link is upgrade to pro. So it is not free, it needs a purchase to get any info. Don't waste your time.

I had this on my old phone when it was a one off purchase of 5 dollars in my country. As one of the kickstarters or first purchasers to help back their endeavour. Now that I have a new phone I find it is subscription based and via iTunes nonetheless. I do not deal with iTunes for anyone. Not that important to have this application.

You should let people know they are getting basically nothing unless the upgrade to pro. Also please add a PayPal option, not everyone wants an iTunes account, would have upgraded if not for that. Would have been a useful and informative app.

Wind maps do not work for a Samsung Note 10 and I see that others are having similar problems. With no updates in over a year and no attempt to fix this, I am canceling my subscription. Anything newer than my phone will probably not work either.

For some reason the disaster prediction app doesn't work on my samsung S7 phone. Tried to load it several times and it won't open. Thankfully I'm getting a new phone and I hope it works on that one.

Idk whats wrong with your app man but it just goes to a black screen an makes my phone twitchy its weird.. Kinda bummed out cause I watch every video you'd uploaded to youtube & was trying to continue showing support, hope you get it up an running soon!

Had an issue, changing phones locked me out of the app, little communication through e-mails resolved this issue. The app is very informative if your interested in Earthquakes or solar storm, or health risks from cme's. Must have app.

Had this app on my Galaxy S7 edge. Awesome and works excellent. Even the update went well. However, I installed on my Samsung Note 8 and it doesn't open at all. Hope it is fixed soon.

The app appears to not be maintained any more. The last daily snapshot is from 11 March and the blot echo wind map no longer works. This makes the app useless and it does not do what it says.

People rating this less than 5 stars because Ben charges a subscription fee must be braindead. The subscription costs $6/year. That's 50¢/month or less than 2¢/day. People are complaining about it using their smartphone that costs anywhere between $100-$1100 and a minimum of $50/month for the phone's plan itself. This app is great, does what it's supposed to. And if you rate it 1-3 stars because you don't want to subscribe then I suggest you stop drinking one less can of soda per month.

The update is amazing! It's finally what I expected it to be when I first heard of it. I wasn't disappointed with what it was but knew it would come to the amazing app it is today. People will soon realize how valuable this app is for our future. No more Space Weather Enthusiasts Dashboard for me. I'm a VERY happy camper. Great job Ben and the team!

I had a bit of trouble re activating the full app after changing phones. But after a short mail to their support, it was restored within 24hours. That on its own gets my 5 stars.

Running Samsung S7 and at first it freeze showing the logo of the earth with magnetic field. Now it freezes with just a blank screen and that's with giving app full permissions. Please fix the issue.

Absolutely worth your time... With every update comes a wealth of new/ more accessible info; very grateful i purchased this app. GUI is smooth, well structured and attractive. Profit doesnt seem to be the objective here 👍

Uninstalled. The free version is just a shell with all features behind a pro flag. No on boarding and no dashboard to see what's happening now or in the near future.

I paid $50 to start this app on Kickstarter and then I never got a free copy and then I paid for it and now you want to charge me $6 a year. Are you freaking kidding me? Now when I try to activate it because I was activated before it tells me it can't find my information at all with all my emails. Well now isn't that convenient?

doesnt take much of a scholar to het hip to bens ecxellant articulation regarding a subject most would say it doesnt concearn them based on their lack of knowledge on the subject. I feel the app could have more bells and whistles, but that is only because it has a cost, but so does bens time i appreciate

I'm not sure what's going on but it's not working for notifications. Nothing I do gets those to work. Checked to see my purchase was current. I'm not to pay again until December 2021. For this app to be useful for me notifications need to work

The app has useful information for those who understand how to interpret it. The earthquake prediction map is not functioning and points you to a website. I've found myself wondering: Why did I pay money for this app when I am directed elsewhere for the information? And the information that is local to the app is not explained. I really hate to say it, I love SO's YouTube channel and their work but I would not recommend this app.

Useful but glitchy. I am not an expert but it's a good thing to understand space weather and it's effect on our planet. I can't understand how this is not more popular
