Horrible with scheduling and rediculous wait times. Can almost never get a cab without waiting for an hour plus
The car never came, they would not give me my promo back, I tried to use the ride 10, and it appeared on the app, but the car never came and it wouldn't let me use it again.
I need help with getting a ride to me my email an password not going threw
I waited 90 minutes for a taxi from this app today ! And then I finally called to see what was going on and there was not even an order placed for me! So of course I had to order a regular discount green cab AnD pay $12 for a 5 minute ride ! I'm deleting this app and never using it again
They won't show up. Out of five days this week not once have they shown up on time and today they didn't show at all even tho app keeps saying I've been assigned. Drivers are creepy like taxi drivers. One day the driver insisted on using the restroom at my kids daycare after I asked him not to. Bad service bad company.
Absolutely worst app ever the biggest waste of time I've wasted way too much of my time and I've attempted to use it several different times and out of the several times I've attempted to use it's only been successful once out of the several attempts absolutely a waste of time and a disgrace to call ride sharing app
It worked once with the ride10 code but afterwards it never worked again. It will constantly stay at looking for drivers and ive waited an hour and a half hoping it would work.
They are kind to me, because I am disabled. Reliable drivers, very respectful.
Really 17 min wait time an it didn't even get a cab assign to me uber is better

This app does what it promises. I like the flexibility to pay cash or by credit card. The drivers that have given me a ride were very courteous and their cars were in great shape.
Only worked once then said no drivers are in my area

Sat waiting for 45 minutes and never got picked up. called Discount Cab for more info they didn't know anything. difference in price is double if you call them
Barely any cars online and clunky interface that's really dated and slow. No reason I would ever use this
The idea is great a ride without the surcharges. Of course it just starting, so it'll only be a matter of time till it has more cars available
So much better then some of the other ride share apps out there. Layout makes it easy to setup my ride. Very user friendly!!

This app is a waste of space. It never works, it doesn't ever assign a driver, I called customer service and they said no body controls the app when it's not working. U just don't get to use it then.
The first time I used them they charged me twice and they were suppose to refund my money but never did the second and last time I used them they charged me 30 off my debit card for a 9 dollar ride and that hasn't been resolved either I'm so disappointed.
You can't setup it without input credit card information. I wanted an easy way to order cabs for my customers and I'm not paying for their ride home.

This app was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours until i finally received a call that there were no drivers in my area at whoch point i had already called discount cab and was expected to wait another 30 minutes just to pay 50 dollars for a 15 to 20 minute drive. This was absolutely ridiculous and i wont be using this app or discount cab again.
This is the best thing ever!!!! These drivers are much better than other rideshare drivers.
THANK YOU!! Finally an option without needing to keep a card on file. This app has literally saved my life a few times. its cheaper than uber and lyft they have NO surcharges and every single driver so far has been a normal human being lol Discount Ride pwns
