Discount Tire

The app is pretty limited. I downloaded it hoping that I could schedule a repair appointment but it doesn't have that feature. The store locator is a good feature but I can just use the Google assistant to do the same thing. Along with scheduling appointments it would be great if the app could send a notification when you car is ready. This would also make the job of the store staff a lot easier.

It's just a web browser that makes you download an app. Why the hell do I hit the back button and it resets all my filters? Moreover, why can I not select a filter 90% of the time? Super frustrating.

Looking for tires is an excellent way to do it, but trying to make a payment on your Discount Tire credit card, its the worst, every time I try to make a payment, reads "This service is currently unavailable " I dont understand ,just trying to make a payment. Their automated system sucks, gives you you wrong information, takes forever to talk to someone.

I've had no trouble using the app. It seems to work pretty well. I've made 2 different tire/wheel purchases without any issues. However the back gesture completely goes back to the beginning of the app or main page which is a little annoying.

Absolutely the most difficult app to shop with ever. It will make you verify your vehicle dozens of times as you attempt to search new tires. It bumps you out, the splash page cannot be closed without closing the app, junk. If DT wasn't as good of a company as they are, I would shop elsewhere. I might anyway because I am so frustrated. TR, by comparison, great.

GARBAGE app! you losing my business. when i view a tire and try to go back to view a different tire. it always reset everything and want me to re-enter my car make and model and reenter my prefer store every time. too much hassle. i just going to buy my tires at tire rack !

Bad update 2.0.0.. this update completely destroys the usability of the app. The previous 1.0.1 allowed for fingerprint sign on. New one does not. Cannot navigate around in the app and return to account without logging out and back in. Tried to find old version to reinstall. No luck. This app is useless at this point

Frustrating and tedious. When you're browsing and check a tire, you press back to look at the other ones. It sends all the way back to the homepage. It's best going to the actual website

Absolutely worthless app. Will not let you search for tires. It will take you to their page that offers financing. Scroll to bottom and hit tires it will take you to tire page until you want to search their tires and then takes you right back to financing page options. Absolutely worthless.

This app really needs work. Every time you try to back up the page you have to start all over with your search. When you try to save a vehicle it's hit or miss. You also can't search for tires for your vehicle besides OE sizes.

Worst app ever!!!!! It won't even allow you to enter the correct vehicle. Tried to enter a 1980 Ford F150, but only gave you the option to enter a 1980 Ford Mustang after selecting Truck tires. Never knew that the Mustang was considered a truck. This app sucks ass!!!!! Doesn't even deserve one star!

Completely miserable app! Does not update/refresh without signing out and cleaning memory. Then times out during scheduling and payment. Love the company, 20+yrs as a customer. Hate the app, and will likely take my business elsewhere, as they only want you to schedule through the app.

Getting ready to buy my tires from Discount Tire. So why don't I have the Discount Tire app. Makes sense right? So I download it. Before reading the reviews. Probably not a good idea why would a company like Discount Tire which provides a good service not invest in a good app. From the get-go a reading of 3.4 are you kidding me bu I wanted to try the app so I start with setting up an account. I enter phone number and I get " improper format" bad companies use bad software. Maybe I should look

I was hoping this app would link my activity by vehicle to tell me when I last had tires rotated, fixed, etc.. I use DT for all rotations and new tires, this would be a great place to keep track of those things. Also to schedule appointments.

It is ok. I would like for them to save your purchase. To include the date purchased, mileage and so forth. Would make it easier to keep track of when to get your free rotation and purchase.

Just deleted the app due to a notification for "Treadwell". I don't want to be pushed into anything with tires.... horrible decision to implement a digital assistant type of piece in an app that i only go to for setting up appointments and/or just browsing tires.

I thought your website was bad, but this app is worse. Same as other reviews. Go back and lose your progress. The sad thing is you took all your promotional offers from the stores and make us go online for them and then give us this REALLY BAD app. I am a lifelong customer and I am really starting to look for other options

Using the apo is terrible. Keeps taking you back to start Very hard to navigate. Got frustrated and exited. Also keeps showing my home store as Wichita Kansas. I am in NC.

I went online to ordered some Michelin tires online that were on sale recently. No indication of back order. Proceeded to set up appointment with no issue. Went to the appointment and was told they are back ordered for months to a year. You stupid idiots shouldn't be trying to sell tires that are backed ordered for months to a year. Bunch of dumbass.

Pretty bad app. Everything you tap just leads you to the website. Just use the website and save yourself the time.

It worked until it didnt.... I cannot pay my discount card on there anymore. And I'm trying to pay my card. It always says not available at this time. And I have to call it in. I liked it alot more when I could just pay it off of the app.

This app moves slower than turtles on an Android device. It's easier/faster navigating/utilizing the website, which defeats the purpose of having an app. 🙄😓

Want to try the worst app ever here it is. Try to select a store you want. How about try to buy some tires without entering everything twice. I have always purchased tires here. Never again thanks to this app.

Worst app ever. It drops info already entered so you have to start over some of the fields get covered by the keyboard so you cant see what you are typing. Forgets where it is and starts over.

Worst. App. Ever. Would give it 0 stars if it were possible! I've been a DT customer for close to 25 years so this review is not because I do not like DT. They've had years to develop an app that is user friendly and easy to navigate, boy did they miss the mark. My youngest child in a dirty diaper could have done a better job. They should ask for a refund from the developer, and the developer should ask for a refund for their computer science degree. Guess I'll stick to their website.

Had a Slow leak from a Screw in Tire, went back because I have the Tire Service. They Fixed it for Free. Thanks for helping me out again. Always had some kind of service for tires. 🙂

This app is just replica of the website. It does not even offer to create an account. If you're not going to accept mobile payments, at least offer to create an account to put in your debit or credit card info.

Very handy app. You get to see when your vehicle goes into the shop and how far along the technicians are. You can shop, schedule, etc. Best app we've ever seen for an auto shop.

It's great fun especially in these trying times when we got a lot of time to try to figure out things to do that are not depressing so is there a good way to keep your mind off of negative stuff I'm just hoping today that it somehow out of all this that I end up winning something cuz I I never win anything to be great to actually win something that I can physically touch for a change

Worst app I've used once you open it it keeps trying to start over. New update won't install so now I have no access to my app or account. Tried to uninstall and reinstall to no avail.
