Customer service is really nice and helpful. I love the price on my contacts. Cheaper than anyone so far. Always like the auto order, cause I won't always remember to order on time every 6 months. I highly recommend using the them. Using the app is very simple. Tracks your receipts and purchases, also prescription from Optometrist.
Excellent layout, easy to register, upload your current prescription, and order your contacts. Super Fast shipping from company as well.
I have to give the app three stars because it is next to impossible to change what you want to order. You have to go to the full site. My prescription changed and I couldn't adjust it in the app. I should be able to upload it directly. Also, DCL did not properly change my Rx even though I ordered the proper one with the new Rx. The automated system didn't analyze the numbers with their algorithms. I had to call before it shipped to make sure the correct Rx was being sent.
Warning: this company has paid for fake reviews. There is no customer service contact, the e-mail address is a fake. Stole $20 extra dollars from me and are now trying to avoid contact. I'll be contacting my card company and negating the charge. Check their Trustpilot reviews, this company is garbage. Edit: They mailed me an empty box.
This app worked great and I got my contacts very quickly. I did have to take a second photo of my perscription because the lighting which I ended up having to do in my window because none of my indoor lights were bright enough. The best thing was the experation date. Usually my eye doctors have a couple years max. These have 5 years.
Do not order from them. Even before i was told they could not do an eye exam from CA my card was charged. I do not trust them
