The process of adding a friend to the Vitality challenge or being added is so bad. I get a notification in the app drawer and when I click on it I land on a page with no information about who added me to what, then I click the back button and it's a broken page with an Emergency Assist button on it, horrible user experience. The technology to build a good cross platform user experience is there, but what poor execution.
Hi, I am having difficulty trying to log into your app. First I made sure my details were correct by Iogging on to the vitality section of your website via my phone's browser. The big issue is this app complains about my browser being out of date even before I fill in my details. I have chrome installed and fully updated. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything that I could and still no luck, just the same error. I can't rate my experience because I haven't used the app yet.
App is not easy to navigate at first, but the best is to just use it. It gets easier to navigate as you get use to it. Adds is directly from Discovery and targeted. Sometimes the app is a bit slow and also doesn't update my Samsung Health info, but I just force upload it and seems to then work again. Overall great experience.
This bug hasnt been fixed yet - I checked again today. When I click on the Miles Network and navigate to Monetise Discovery Miles / Discovery Miles Partners, it doesn't show me either of those things but instead an advert for Discovery Bank appears. Logically it should take me to the Rewards page so I can see my points and view the list of Discovery partners??
Since latest update, getting an error saying 'No supported browsers detected. Please download chrome to login to discovery' when clicking login button. I've already got chrome installed. ** Error has been rectified. The app devs identified a clash between Opera Browser, Chrome and the Discovery app
I have been unable to log into this app for days. It says ( No supported browsers detected. Please download Chrome....) I have Chrome and is up to date. I then click on the take me there button and no discovery page opens on it when it takes me there. So frustrating. Please fix this as I can not access my medical aid data for about a week now.
Worst app ever. Always gives issues and have bugs nearly all the time. Literally right now I can't even just log in because it won't stop redirecting back to login after I log in. Trying to also book flights on the app - I feel like they make it impossible on the app to book on purpose because it's just that bad. They have so many resources but don't even make a decent app and I'm very disappointed.
When I open the app I have to link my phone, after successfully linking my phone I cannot continue using the app even trying to press back button just tells me that link was then not successful. Very poor software update. UPDATE: After uninstalling and reinstall the app allowed me to link phone again and to continue to use app features. Problem resolved.
App is seriously broken. Keeps trying to log on stating I need a chrome yet I have chrome installed. I reinstalled chrome and problem persists. Tried to delete discovery. Wont delete. Finally deleted th app after many attempts. Reinstalled it. Wont open. I am unable to view anything or use the app.
The App hasnt allowed access to the weekly board for weeks now. It just gives errors when trying to go in. You go through the questions and then at terms and conditions you can go no further. Have missed out on playes because of it. Still no assistance from Discovery guess its time to switch these rewards made it worth it but i havnt been able to get it for a month or more and no assistance to resolve 😡
When i want to spend my Miles it takes me to the play store to update the App, if I update the app it keeps on repeating the process, thus i cant use my miles. Also, my gym visits show in the wrong month, it is a month behind- though not important it is frustrating.
User friendly, interfaces well with my fitness app. Sometimes the updates delay too long. My biggest issue is that the app does not tell you in clear terms the best ways to obtain maximum points for the day. You have to figure it out as you go.
I installed the application and got stuck at "link device" page. I can't access the app as it forces me to link my device but when I try to, it says "error network, try again later". So disappointed by this after just signing up for Vitality. I tried more 7 times at different times with no luck.
Hi. I've recently been unable to sync my activities, is that down to my account or an issue on the app? The option to sync manually isn't there either. Not sure what could be the issue. I've tried a reinstall as well but no luck.
Uncharacteristically terrible experience from Discovery. Their website, agents and call center people are quick to recommend this app but it is beyond broken and unusable. Every time I go into it I get an error message "Unable to load". My connection is fine. 0 stars
Love the app! Have not been able to retrieve my points tracker since the beginning of the year, though. The points are changing, but I can't see what activities are being tracked.
Used to work fine. I haven't been able to get onto the app for a few years. So I haven't claimed any points or bonuses in vitality. Makes me want to quit vitality as it is now pointless. The app keeps telling me a connection error occurred or there it cannot log in at this time. I know my login details are correct.
Why can't the vitality benefit numbers pull through or copy and paste when you book a movie and also why is it not accessible on the website??? . Also it's so annoying that I can't do this on the website if I don't have access to the app! I have to link my phone now and only discovered the app had updated when I wanted to book, that discovery still has not updated my OTP after all this time of asking. For such a big empire you'd think this would be way more advanced
Point events do not load when filtered by 'All'. App says 'Could not retrieve information. Try again later.' It only allows me to see points for 'Last week' and 'Last Month'. Despite contacting support and following their proposed solution, the issue still persists. Very irritating.
I have had an issue all year, every time I want to go to active rewards,it restarts the whole process of - welcome to active rewards- activation sequence- o my goodness,it's so frustrating!!! Please please please fix this bug!
The app doesn't work again. Trying to lodge a windscreem claim and it fails to upload the image and the entire claim cannot proceed. Even after loading the latest "update" it makes no difference. Another useless Discovery gimmik...
The new update on android does not connect. Keep on saying install chrome which is actually installed. Have usws this app for more than a year nou useless and had to go back to web browser on android. Disappointing
The discovery app used to be very easy to use. But something has happened the last week. When I click on vitality active rewards, it takes me in a loop of setting up vitality active rewards ("get started") over and over again. I get to settings, then it looks like it will allow me to go forward and then it just goes back to "get started" again! App up to date. Have now uninstalled and reinstalled the app, same still happening.
Where do I start? No, no, no. And then, to have a pop up message coming up saying "do you enjoy using this app" when one is spending fruitless hours trying to navigate an impenetrable setup, to little avail. It should read perhaps, if you have managed to maintain your sanity, there are ......bonus points. Many others have raised some of the issues. The list goes on and on. The amount of times I've had to uninstall, turn off my device, etc. Please have some respect for your customer's time.
Not synching Vitality Drive points since new month rollover. This is only my second month using the app. The first month went well. Now, nothing is synching. It picks up my daily drive points on the Insure app. But nothing on here. No Vitality Drive Rewards, nothing. I am going to lose out on points and cash back, and that is unacceptable. I logged an issue last week already on the app, but no reply either. Disappointing to say the least.
