Wrote email: no response so I called them and figured out that they meant to use as many lower case letters you want, ONLY ONE upper case, ONLY ONE special character, and ONLY ONE number for passwords length 10-20 characters in total. Once I got in, it was good. I would recommend that they change their password setting instruction so that it could be crystal clear.

Update- changing review to a 1 after seeing the number of complaints that are the same as mine. The app is fairly useful, but the login experience is not great. I value making account security an easy thing to use, and while I'm sure it's secure, there's two problems. First, it doesn't work with LastPass. Most apps do. Second, you can enable biometric authentication, but they seem to revoke it after a short period of time (not sure how long but I'd guess 90 days). This makes it almost useless.

Biometric log in doesn't work, password requirements are ridiculous, password reset doesn't work. Calling customer service to reset also doesn't work unless you're the primary account holder. I've been through the whole reset process more times than I can count. I'll finally get in, but once the app closes, you can't get in again. USELESS, and has been for about two years. It makes me wonder if there's an incentive to dbi if potential users just give up!

Klunky and low-feature, this app insists on forcing the tablet into landscape mode, uses the camera to take photos of receipts but crops the photos at random cutting off up to half of the receipt, displays or accesses very little of my account information, and crashes once in a while. The only way I have found to submit receipts intact is photograph them separately the upload from photos. Seriously, I know very junior developers who could do better.

Aggravating. It lets me get through the whole process and when I click "pay" it backs up and wants more information that wasn't asked for the first time. Every. Time. To make things worse it defaults to the 1st beneficiary in the list when it does this; if you don't catch that change your claim gets denied. It won't let me remove beneficiaries either. It's almost like they want me to mess up so they don't have to pay me. Only twice did it read an EOB at all so function is useless.

When this app works (allows you to log in) it's quite a handy app, have never had issues with it's functionality. But this app CONSTANTLY randomly logs you out or forgets your login credentials, especially when you update it. Reseting your password is useless as it's requiring me to call them to reset it, that's absolutely terrible to have a link that's useless. And why even bother having fingerprint log in when the damn app is going to forget all of your credentials and make you reset it all.

This app is AWFUL. I guarantee you I have been putting in the correct credentials when I use the app, but it always tells me that the information is incorrect. Even after just resetting it. And the reset link never works, so I have to email customer service every time, which is aggravating to begin with. This has been happening since I set up the account 7 or 8 months ago, starting with the initial registration.

This app is not very useful. My employer switched from WageWorks whose app had five times the functionality of this one. I can't put in any of my family members to receive service like I could with WageWorks. I can't put in routine providers so I have to input inforeach time. When I chose a photo it won't let me see it larger until it. It isn't intuitive, and looks and feels like an app from the late 2000s. Very dissatisfied and frustrated since my employer chose them I have no option.

Had to log back in several times. Had been using my tablet until the battery got low and at first I was excited about using my phone some things were different, looked better, maybe easier but it didn't turn out that way. I never submit a claim on my phone. I am 62, my hands shake at times but I don't think it was my fault every time. I uploaded the photos and then they were lost. Not sure how.

If you are a poor soul (like me) who has to use this uber-secure app then I feel sorry for you. Every time I log into this app (which is about once a month it wants me to set a new password, it doesn't work with fingerprint, it resets every time I jump away to my password manager (which means I can't easily copy the user name which is a username with about 8 random digits at the end, and then return with my app generated password). App is decent, you just fight trying log in!

Easy to use, hard to get working... The app itself can hardly be any more efficient, but that's where the positives end. The actual system behind it is deliberately device to complicate matters. No description or reasons provided are specific, communications are ambiguous at best, meaningless to be practical. Solely geared to frustrate the claiment in giving up on the claim. No direct assistance with the claims and no prompt action. App by itself absolutely 5 star. Service behind it -3 stars.

The password rules (which require exactly one upper case, one number, and one symbol) are so restrictive as to make them less secure. The site requires a long list of questions as back up security, again less secure. Copy/paste for password is disabled making it difficult to use a password manager. Awful. Maybe ok if you prefer insecure passwords.

Not sure what to make of this. App was working fine last week. Today it says it can't establish a connection even though I know that I am connected. I have tried rebooting & has uninstalled/ reinstalled the app. Can't even contact anyone! One star until this changes. Update: NOW I get only a blank screen!

So far, it's okay. I found it very odd that the security question asked for my time of birth??? The Scan for Eligible Item function doesn't seem to work as each thing I scanned cloudn't be found. (Samsung S7) Not entirely user friendly imo, but I'll update my review as I become acclimated. Overall impression - meh.

Not working! Not worth the headache, I lose money on this card all the time because everytime I try to use it a while after my card then gets locked demanding repayment (of my own money) and demanding better receipts . It's currently locked for receipts from 2020 I believe, and I submitted those receipts 3 or 4 times and called quiet a few times! It's a mess

I'm afraid I will jinx myself by writing this positive review. It works just fine for me to upload receipts, view balance history, and take distributions. The biggest negative is I cannot sort or filter the transactions. It's just a list sorted by date. Kind of annoying. I log in successfully with my fingerprint sorry everyone seems to have an issue 🙃

Awful user experience. Forced to change password more often than any bank AND my healthcare-based employer... combined. Normally you would think tighter security is a good thing but it always comes at the price of convenience. Think of passwords. If the IT department makes the requirement to difficult, passwords get written down instead of memorized. Why this stupid app needs security three times tighter than a bank is beyond me and means I cannot use the app more than half the time as I am trying to change the password the other half.

I've had an account for few years and never so many issues. Multiple attempts to login. Screen spins for a minute then doesn't work. Tried forgot password get a reset email then go through prompts still not good. Sent email got a reset password email. Tried that seemed to work because it spins forever then again no saying to contact service provider Checked for update for app & still not working better. Absolutely ridiculous but yet I get the emails requests so submit my receipts.

As mentioned in another review, it doesn't allow password managers to work correctly in filling in username and password. Also, it doesn't allow screenshots to be taken. Those two things prevent me from giving this app more than 1 star.

What is with this horrible app? It never saves your info so you have to log in with user name and password every single time--evem when you have fingerprint set up. Total waste of time but wex is horrible so this isn't surprising The app is ridiculous because you can only upload one item at a time and it's like pulling teeth to get your money back from wex.

The first time I filed was confusing and I had to start over a few times. But now that I know how it works I love the app. Filing is very quick, and payments are received quickly. I do wish there was a way to ask someone questions because I did have some difficulty with one receipt last year.

I gave one star because that was the lowest option. I have password issues every time I use this app. They must not want you to access to your FSA funds to pay unpaid medical expenses, because even if you have the receipts attached from the dentist, doctor or hospital they will deny them. The first trick is getting signed in, if you cant get past that you dont get to attempt to get a reimbursement.

Every time I try to open the app, I switch screens to copy the password and the app resets so I have to go back and copy the username again. I'm stuck in a never-ending circle. Once I did get the app opened, and it's painfully slow. Poor design...

The scanner is useless, that thing does not focus and it's unable to do what is mean to do which is scan. Other than that the app is basic, but practical.
