Had to uninstall the game because of issues with the daily bonus only giving out Day 1 reward. Contacted support and they told me they fixed it and I should have some added boosters, and to turn it off and on again. I did, and was still having issues (daily bonus came up several times, which it should only do once a day, so I knew it wasn't fixed.) I uninstalled the game, and now that I have reinstalled it, it just says Loading... forever and will not actually load the game. Not sure what to do.
Don't waste your time! Thought this game would be fun but, after playing to the 3rd level it just stops. After getting the lights for the walkway Elsa starts to talk and then freezes. Music plays but it just stops. Restarted my phone 🤳 but still having to replay the 2nd and 3rd levels only for it to freeze 🥶. Not cool. I uninstalled and reinstalled it but it only shows the Disney name and the turning snowflake ❄️ now. Didn't even have the game 30 minutes and it's not working. Disappointing.
I really love this game! I enjoy all aspects of it, the graphics, chararcters and much more! I am obsessed with Frozen and as a Huge fan it gives me extra enjoyment to be addicted to be playing these Frozen themed games! Athough, like many of you I had major issues with it freezing up regularly but my biggest issue I had when I first started playing the game in the spring of 2020. I had to uninstal and reinstall several times because it wouln't let me upade. However, the game now works!
I played this game when it was first released, but it was so buggy and unstable that I deleted it. Recently I got a new phone and tried it again and it is now stable. I find the snowman's comments when loading levels annoying and repetitive. However, the game play is good. As far as a match three game goes it's one of the best.
Only 5 stars for the people at Frozen games. Every time didn't there is a update, I updated my game then the issues to open the game begins. It is a lost battle cant play it in full because I had to ask Jonathan, Roberto and more people to help me. I am just thinking delete the game and forget about Disney games.
Level 377 just freezes up, whether you win or run out of moves it wont let you move on. It's not uncommon for the game to glitch and the pieces freeze which can disrupt the game. Or the game itself will freezes requiring a force stop.
Love this game. So addictive. I've been playing it for over two years and am on level 2750-something. I play to shut down at night. I just wish it didn't have so many ads. Take it back to just one when you want a bonus or give the option to pay for ad-free. I'd give a few bucks for that, any day.
I had to uninstall and reinstall because game froze after installing. It is still freezing up and taking a long time between actions with intermittent smooth play time.
This is a fun game to play, and I enjoy playing however this game has so many glitches and freezes up a lot which can be very frustrating. The game has been so much fun with far less problems. Thank you 😊
I've asked before and got no reply. I'm on level 3243 and there have been no new areas to decorate. I love this game but enjoy decorating as well. Do I need to Uninstall then re install. I had to loose my progress. Please update the rooms/areas
It's a great little game and I had troubles with it at the start, so I connected to Facebook and saved my progress and its sorted.
Love the PROMPT support received after experiencing loading issues. Love the game, but I just skip all the storyline. Would love an option to skip the dialogs.
this is a fantastic game I've ever played. but these days im facing sudden crashing of the game in the middle of the playing and the game fails to reload even after some time. please fix it i wanna play this game more. I've done arond 1230 something levels i dont wanna loose my progress at any cost. please do something ad soon as possible. thank you.
Glitches It's a pretty fun game but glitches quite often. It also makes my phone overheat. Don't really enjoy the "decorating" portion of the game but it might be something more tailored to kids. I would also like to know why it's so expensive to play this game compared to the other frozen game. I've spent hundreds in both of these games and am getting increasingly frustrated without the money issues. Please explain.
I enjoy this game very much. It is very relaxing and can take your mind off of negative things. My only complaint is some levels are very glitchy and sometimes don't want to work (mainly level 4, and the first pine cone level). Overall it's a challenging, yet fun game that I believe many will enjoy.

Love the game but when you get farther into game it take a lot longer to win. Quite the challenge ! More interesting the farther you progress!
Game is freezing up. Bought coins to add extra moves and the game glitched took my coins and didnt get the extra moves. If you want us to spend real money then these need to be fixed or coins need to be returned
I've played this game for awhile. I'm in the 2000s but now having trouble with the gems not being able to click on them. Now the game is frozen and won't open at all. If I uninstall it will I have to start over again? Will I loose my progress?
I think it should be more than 15 or 30 minutes of free plays. Just make it more fun.I love the game but it should be able to share with friends for lives.

Update: after playing this game for awhile I've gotten so frustrated with having to use dozens and dozens of lives just to complete 1 level it was fun at first but now the levels are so damn hard with not enough moves available to even have a chance at moving to next level. Developers please remember if the levels are so excruciatingly hard to complete then it makes it impossible to play the game.Frustrating game not fun uninstalling now way too hard
This game is very entertaining but very difficult. More so than other match three games. Its implied this game is great for young kids its not. If anthing playing this game could be very upsetling and discouaging. Unless your kid wants to spend actual money. Also when you lose a level the character becomes overly degected. Its kind of annoying and shames the player. This is not a game for the faint of heart.
All was fine until the game board started showing up empty. Can't play what I can't see. Needs fixing.
Was helping my daughter with really hard levels and I liked it so much I downloaded it for myself. Challenging and cute.
I love the movie now I love the game I love the different places to decorate and I love the fact that you can go back to any of the places or rooms in the Palace and redecorate them it totally awesome 👍😎

2) Shockingly glitchy for a game released so long ago. Now I'm stuck in a loop where the only option is to repeat decorations I have already completed. Shouldn't be surprised, it is a Disney release. Waiting to hear back from support. 1) I enjoy the game except when it glitches during decorating function and steals my hard-earned snowflakes.
