This app is very glitchy. I ill be signed in to the app and the web page. When I click on the notification on my phone that I will receive points for this week it takes me to the app but I'm now signed out. Once I sign back in, I am not given the points. This has happened every single time weekly points come in. Very frustrating.

Selecting notifications never works. It takes you to a random glitchy placeholder page that you can't do anything on. Scanning movie tickets immediately crashes the app. Not sure what use the app actually is.

I love the convenience of this app to access my account; however, lately it makes me sign in every time I try to enter a code. It even acts like this in a new device and makes me enter a code. It's super annoying. It didn't do that before. It's been the last couple months.

Simple enough app that has 2 faces: if you open via notification or from the cellphone where you may or may not be logged in and/or shown a different page where you may or may not be able to enter codes. Why is this so difficult to manage?

I like the rewards and they make it relatively simple to earn and redeem points, but there are a lot of issues within the app as well. The scan doesn't work for the in-app games or movie ticket redemption scan, sometimes your code will say success and then you won't get the points, sometimes your code will come back with error and it won't say what's wrong with the code, and the links to their website don't work either. If they fixed these issues the app would be much better.

I've been really trying to like this app but its really annoying when you have to sign in every time, it doesn't save my login info and every time I want to look at the Wednesday wins its takes me to online anyway. And there are some "rewards" that are only for iphone.

This app is NOT ready for the public. When I tap on one of your notifications, the app doesn't open. Tapping on the app brings up an OLD interface. It is, of course, signed out. So I have to sign in. Except the app just spins and spins. I have to force it closed. I have to exit the app, open the app (3rd attempt now) and now, it has me signed in. Finally. This happens every time I get a notification. The website is waaaay less problematic. Uninstalled.

Works really poorly. Very difficult to enter codes, have to use the website most times. Get alerts to enter codes and the app doesn't work. Doesn't stay logged in correctly either.

I don't know if it's just my postal code or all Canadian postal codes, but at some point this specific Disney app stopped recognizing my PC. Prompts me to change it every login, doesn't like it with or without the space, and I can never get past that prompt. Not surprised though, Disney apps are notorious for not working as well in Canada at this point. Will just use the website (until it gives me the error too - then its inevitable that I'll lose all my points due to expiration.)

The app is not working properly. I contacted support through the website. It worked for a minute. Then went back to what I originally experienced. "Who's Null. Why aren't my points showing up.!?" I've already redeemed all the zero points rewards to try to reset this on my own. That's a temporary fix.

This is the only app I have ever used that logs you out after you use it without having an option in the settings to change it. It's extremely annoying. Even banking apps allow you to use biosecurity without logging you completely out.

App logs in, but doesn't show anything on any of the tabs. It just has a loading error, and clicking filter or settings crashes the app completely. Uninstalled/Reinstalled, cleared cache and data, same issues. App is affectively useless.

It would be fine if it kept you logged in. It logs you out every single time you close the app. Logging in each time is obnoxious.

Every time I go to enter in the codes for the weekly points, it wants me to either download the app, that I already have, or log in again which I have never logged out of. I am about ready to let go of my points and uninstall this app!!

Constantly signed out of app. Never had any issues before the updates. What's the point of the app if I need to constantly sign in? I'll just use the web browser if that's the case.

This app has only gotten worse over time. It never keeps me logged in, clicking on push notifications takes you nowhere, now I can't even login.

Signs out everytime i close it. Sign in button doesnt work on app so have to sign in on chrome then click open in app. Every single time i want to view the app.

Does anyone else experience this app having issues with constantly having to log in and also having issues with login. It actually takes my password, but then itll not show my name, and my points will be 0. However, my history is there of orders and earns. Then I'll login days later, and it will all be there and fine. So weird, really glitchy app.

I'm unable to log in... it won't even open a log-in screen. I keep getting notifications for points available to redeem, but when I open the app from the notification, it goes to this loading screen and never changes.

Not the easiest app, redeem option should be approved faster and better compatability with movies anywhere " is a must

Great Site with fabulous items to get. One minor complaint. I wish they had more free stuff.

It's great when it works, but 90% of the time it doesn't work. I open the app and it shows 0 points, doesn't show my info, and doesn't show my account despite being logged in. I have to open and close the app multiple times to get it to display correctly. I end up just logging into the browser because it takes more time and effort to get the app to work correctly. I've tried logging in and out of the app and deleting and reinstalling and nothing fixes it.

The app has worked well for me so far. Easy to enter in codes and redeem. Lots of good stuff.

Whatever recent update this app has had in the last few weeks really messed it up. It has me log in, which I do, and then it reverts backs to the log in or sign up. No matter what I try, it wont let me log in.

It's hard for me to understand how Disney, with its ENDLESS resources, could develop such a bad application. I experienced the same as many others such as AOL dial up speeds, not being able to login to the application and you can forget linking your regal account for those bonus points. Many people have addressed these issues in the reviews but unfortunately it's still exactly the same. Huge Marvel and Star Wars fan so it would be awesome to get some redeemable points for seeing their movies.

So many issues. Things don't load. Things load very slowly. Trying to log in closed the app. The list goes on. It would be a nice app, if it was working, but there are currently so many issues with it, it's hardly worth fighting with. I've wanted a Disney Movie Rewards app for years and can't say how excited I was for this, but it's been a disappointing performance so far.

The app works ok. It crashed a few times. Only disappointing part is the rewards, used to have a bigger selection of cool merchandise, clothes, memorabilia, movies etc and now it's slim pickings to choose from. Not sure why Disney felt the rewards program needed changed because it worked fine before. Only beneficial thing I got was D23 gold membership. Hopefully Disney gets their things together and make this app worthwhile otherwise this is just a complete waste of time and money.

Can't login to the app. Several attempts have been made. Everytime I click on "login", the app completely closes/kicks me out automatically. I kept trying to login after resetting my password (thinking that was the problem) but that did nothing. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but that doesn't work either. I can't say how terrible this app is because I can't even login!

Huge disappointment! The rewards offered now are ridiculous. I spend a small fortune on Disney movies and always felt like I was getting something back for all the money I spend. The rewards on Disney movie rewards were great. This new.program stinks! I will be canceling my Disney movie club membership. I can get the movies for the same price or less than what I pay through the movie club and not have to pay their shipping costs. As far as the app, it only crashes. What a disappointment!

The app is about as bare bones as the new website. My points don't show, and my name is listed as "Null." There are no new ways to earn, and one of the best parts of the website, the Disney Challenge, is gone. Disney should have beta tested this new site and app before they rolled it out. It looks slick, but has been stripped of all of the good content that Disney Movie Rewards had. Luckily I didn't lose points and I don't have any codes to redeem at the moment. Now it crashes upon opening!
