Subscribed monthly and it continues to error out before even getting into the books. But my Google account shows I have subscribed. Useless and is silly to charge a ridiculous price ($7.99 monthly) for something that has so many issues.
It's a great app don't get me wrong but every time I purchase a book or tokens I never get them straight away until I've emailed them has there is always a problem validating the purchase if it carry on I'm going to have to delete the app and go somewhere else
App constantly breaks. We have a subscription and my child likes to view his profile after each read. This is too much for the app and crashes constantly. Very poorly coded app. I'm a Disney fan so this makes this even more disappointing.
Very bad app. It does not allow to read full book. Stops in middle and demands for tokens. Worst app ever . Dont ever download this app
The app would not let me read any books after signing up, just kept saying there was an error.
Won't work, contacted Disney said contact Apple, contacted Apple said contact Disney. Still being charged tho.
I think about that we only need to read ONE story and earn all the other tokens to read the other storys
I keep trying to subscribe but the app keeps telling me there are validation issues.
They charge for a subscription for unlimited access, then don't give you said access.

This app is one of the worst. It is slow and consistently displays error messages. I've tried using multiple devices, and creating new accounts. My card has been charged twice, yet I am still unable to access any books.
