We DID enjoy this app until recently. I have paid to use this and now all ot will do is bring up notification that app keeps stopping. I have uninstalled and redownload. I have tried other devices and a laptop that is also used as a tablet. I have tried everything and the only options are to report, close or contact support which I have to done with no response. I have given disney a lot of money over the years and expect more! Very disappointed!
This app is very astheticly pleasing. To the people who put time into making this game: congratulations, it's beautiful. I would advise anyone looking for an opportunity to work with their children in a fun way to give this a go. You are much better off using a tablet and stylus with this app. To those who might question the unlocking portion: The book inside the world is worth the small in-app purchase by itself and the mini games are just a fun little bonus. I do wish that the book would automatically unlock after making the purchase as the act of going to each mini game for a page becomes monotonous...even for a child. That one thing aside, my family awaits more content and we are happy with the game so far. Well done.
Not even been able to play the bloody game downloaded it went on and I'm being forced to automatically sign up for a 7 day free trial and then once it's finished keep paying and I edit my comment to add that there was no X for me to remove the option.... If I wanted to do a free trial I would have clicked an option for it instead I'm being forced to just to play it sod that rather not if I have to pay to play the whole thing
The app might be ok, but I am VERY dissatisfied with the free trial. At first, I couldn't find the email that said I had gotten a free trial, ANYWHERE, so I didn't know how to cancel it. Even on the app, there was NO PLACE in the app where they let you end your subscription. Then today, I get a MONSTROUS charge for 86 dollars!! This is a SCAM of a free trial and I want my money back as well. if you don't want to keep this app, DO NOT DO THE FREE TRIAL!!!
AMAZING!This game us a work of art but i want disney to make an Encanto story book and story realm because that is my fav disney movie! Also a joystick for the characters and a run button cuz the characters are kind of slow just saying pls use my ideas PLS!
A fantastic game that looks beautiful! The soundtrack is wonderful too, very nostalgic and reminiscent of 90's Disney. Wonderful for a range of ages. Can't wait for the next ones :)
Very authentic experience! I love the attention to detail in each realm and the latest update to the main menu makes it much easier to navigate. my little niece loves Disney and she cannot get enough of this app!
This is fun but I wish more relms were open. You did have to buy things to play other stuff or do other things. Overall this game was not to fun but I love what I could do.
Ok I agree with ashi hussain rumaisa1 Encanto is my favorite movie too and the characters are very slow and I want the story book too so pleaseeee add this on the game if you add this you are the best and I want the story book and the realm free pleaseeeeeeee I don't want too pay for my favorite movie and bye:) (this is the daughter of sol d'menta)
It goes through the entire install process, then at the end it just stops and doesn't install. I've tried it 3 times now.
It is not recomended because to play it makes you have a membership and you have to pay for it please fix that it is one of the only ones that work on my tablet going back to the game my parents don't want to do something for a game that you have to pay please fix plzzzz I love disney games.
I downloaded this app yesterday and tried to play it today but it does nothing but shows a black screen. I've waited a few minutes for it to load but nothing. This is very disappointing because I've really wanted to play this game. Can anyone fix it?
It's cute but my son is not interested. My free trial ended today and I tried to cancel but they've already charged my card. I did all the steps for a refund and I'm being denied! This is not worth $40!!!!
My little daughter, Katie loves this game and it can keep her occupied on rainy days. I love the game and it helps Katie to concentrate more. Overall I have had no trouble with it.
worst game ever why do you have to pay and it is so boring. the parts that were boring were the activities on the game as they are very childish like dressing up and spotting the objects but also there arent many activities
It is fun but unlocking new story books is HARD!!!! It is DISNEY so unlocking new story books shud not be hard!!! I recomend dowlowd DISNEY MAGIC KINGDOMS!!! It is relly fun trust me!!!

I got a new phone and and my progress should be backed up on this game but its not. its makimg my buying everything again and theres no option to restore your data!

I downloaded this game today and it won't let me use my promo code! Why? I purchased a Disney Princess Spring Sunshine book! The code is printed in the front of the book. It says it doesn't expire until 12/31/19!
This game looks interesting to play, but I can't even download the game, so i am a bit upset.
Paid for subscription, half the realms shows black screen when they load. I emailed company, still no response.
Would really love it if there were new stories added like every week or so but other than that I love this game so much
Very boring. Only one world unlocked, and it won't start anymore! Please fix this issue!
Terrible, exploitative pricing system. My free trial silently rolled over to a £59.99 (!) annual fee. When I found out, I cancelled the subscription to stop it from renewing again. A few days later, when I thought I might as well try to get some part of my money's worth, I opened the app to learn that the cancellation applies WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, rather than from the end of the period I've already paid for, meaning that I've paid £60 for a few days' worth of a service I didn't even use, and would have to pay again if I want to use the app within the term of the original subscription. I am surprised this is legal in 2020 - if indeed it is.
