You can easily map your favorite attractions and save them before your visit. When you are here you can find them and go according to least waiting time. It's easy to find restaurants and book a table if necessary. Downsides : - There's a delay in updating waiting time so when you start queuing it may have more people than planned. - You have to click on "filter" then add a filter for toilets to find the restrooms. It could be useful to add an icon easily accessible with the ones in "explore"

Frustrating. I'm trying to prepare our trip, I'm pretty technically literate and I find this app impossible to use. I just want to reserve a table it's sending me in circles and constantly advertising itself, I don't need to know about how great the app is and how to download it, I just need it to be helpful. I also would love to give show times in advance. Generally find all information vague and with more questions than I had before.

Useless, won't let me sign in at all. I can online but the app no matter what I do when I go to the sign in page either by itself or through table booking etc, I just get a blank screen. I've deleted and downloaded again so many times and nothing changes.

Buggy app. Slow performance. Drains your battery. Fast passes can only be paid with credit card. You need to finish payment in your banking app. This results in time out. Credit card is charged but you do not receive your fastpass. Linked entrance tickets can not be use to enter the park. You still need to print the QR code. Please improve.

Frustrating. I've been waiting for my restaurant dates to open up.. I found on the disney forum that they have opened up for others already. I have deleted the data.. uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won't show my my dates. Now I've lost out on the dates. I have tested it on another android phone and got the same results.

I used the WDW app in Florida and it was fantastic! Linked my tickets, fast pass, dining plans. It was a real time saver. I've booked with WD Travel Company to DL Paris and despite this, it won't link my hotel booking or tickets to the app. Frustrating is an understatement!

Get a paper map, this application is useless, it doesn't show you a clear actual map, and it keep losing the orientation and directions. You can't plan your visit with it and doesn't show nearby attractions in a clear way. I expected something more smart in 2022

Incredibly buggy, slow and poor UX. Booking a restaurant seems like an impossible mission! I am logged out every half an hour and the map is very slow to load updated information.

Horrible, slow and Buggy Keeps asking me to sign in After sign in on reservation asks for my number! Which they have! Cancelation and modification of reservations aometomes work which leaves you in zombie state when in the parks. When you come to the restaurant its a 50% / 50% odds to get in because of it. Ao create real problems.

Always errors when trying to book a table. Takes ages just to load the calendar. Crashes at the end of the booking sometimes too. Very badly designed booking system

Poor quality app. Unable to show the right dates for booking availability. Always log you out. Keep on crashing. You have to keep reinstalled. I am sure disney has the ability to hire more developers and tester before releasing this app. Can you provide at least a 4 star app please?

Constantly says no reservations available for the restaurants. You go into the restaurant and can make reservations. The app doesn't auto refresh for ride times so you have to swipe close it, re open it to get latest information. Layout could also be better.

We are under 60 days for restaurants. Can't get past May to book tables. Have pre paid for meals. Will have to cancel holiday. Not worth it if you can't book restaurants that you have already paid for. If I want to book and pay for seats for the lion King or pre pay for photos I still can😡

What the heck is wrong with this app, I can't book my dining experience. Please get the programmers for the Orlando Disneyworld App to create a functional app for DisneyParis. Very disappointing and annoying.

Now that I've linked my hotel booking, scrolling between months for restaurant booking no longer works. No idea how I'm going to book my meals. I've tried reinstalling and the same thing happens.

App was working fine until recently. Application is closing automatically each time I try to access my account. Totally frustrating

So glitchy. I sign in, try to book a table and then it asks me to sign in again but the page just never loads. My sister also has the app and keeps getting error messages.

Using this app for years and it has never let me down. Brilliant way to have all your details in one place including the countdown to our next trip always there to cheer us up

Usable app for checking the waiting times on rides. Other than that, it is buggy as hell and crashes frequently. It would be helpful to have more accurate positioning on the map with an arrow pointing to the direction you're facing. Booking a restaurant table gives errors that 'something went wrong'.

Awful!!! Does not allow you to book anything as asks you to keep signing in even tho already signed in and page never loads

You only can book restaurants through the app and it doesn't work. When I try to book, a page shows up to do the long in, but it stays blanc, and I am logged already

Not very user friendly, restaurant booking only possible one out of 30 tries, otherwise an "error has occurred" message is what you get. I also belive it could be useful to have all your tickets and reservations in one place, such as hotel and park tickets but also special events and shows tickets. Would be great to have them all in the same place. Overall, great room for improvement, modernization and user experience upgrade.

It's a bit meh. If you're used to the versatility of the Disney World/Disneyland app this one will seem poor in comparison. It does offer useful information re: the 2 parks (park hours/queue times/show times/etc). But they do run on an older system so, as far as I can tell, you can't link your hotel booking and tickets to the app. Overall it is a bit clunky, going through periods of loading until you give up and restart the app. It's functional, just don't expect much from it.

It's useful, but seems to require a constant stream of data. If it loses wifi (I have no data in Europe despite my carrier's claim), it becomes near useless. The map can no longer be zoomed, with large patches becoming blank. I don't know why the map isn't cached for zooming in. I found that some things wete not present, like a few bathrooms and some dining places. It would be nice if they added alarms for fast passes to remind you when they're coming up. It was just updated, so we'll see if there are some needed improvements.

I found this app very helpful and accurate, especially for pointers to characters and places I needed to go. The only thing I found bad was that it doesn't tell you about program times, for example when a character is scheduled for meet and greet or when the fireworks and parades happen; it will just tell you to check the (not included) program. For an app that has nonstop internet access and GPS, I found that quite lazy to not include this on their part.

I first installed this on my Samsung S7 and it worked great, however I recently upgraded to a Samsung S9 and the map doesn't work properly. I can see wait times, but not the actual map like I could before, this will make finding things far more difficult. Perhaps there will be an update to make it more compatible.

Takes a while to get your head around the app. Zoom function on the map is pretty poor. Can't filter by cuisine type or view menu's without drilling down into a restaurant and then going all the way back out and selecting another, by which time you've knocked bars off your phone battery, not to mention seriously poor vegetarian options. Whilst it provides some help with queue times, it doesn't provide distance/times when showing routes to rides. Given they earn over €bn/yr you'd think they could invest in a more supportive/functional app. They need to go back to the drawing board on this one (pun intended)
