You have to pay $40 for a background check. Which I did. Everything was going well until they asked me to upload a different picture for my profile, which I did on April 25th... and then radio silence. Today, May 5th, I asked for a refund for the background check. Which they said they would not give me. But they sent me a link to continue driver setup. I clicked the link and it said to contact support. Basically, I'm out the $40 and being made to jump through hoops with no refund. Garbage

Sometimes it can be overwhelming, with the price of fuel nowadays. You get all the way to the location then the order gets canceled or someone messed up the addresses. You do get half of the money no matter how far you may have driven. Still has 5 🌟 with me because it's convenient for me being a single mom. I just hope that it gets more busier, the jobs go so fast.

Was a great app when I started and right before I wrote this review but 1 mad customer made a whole lie about me and I went from making a $1000 plus a week on the cargo van program to being cancelled off the program and no 1 never spoke to me directly to hear my side just changed my lively hood cause I wouldn't take a extra order at there request dispatch has no loyalty or care about the driver and I did over 800 jobs in less than a year..

The app has a new bug. you can't bring up the table without tricks. it just blinks. drivers don't need the map view. having to bring up a table is inefficient and contributes to missed jobs

I signed up two weeks ago and haven't received any notifications for deliveries in my area.

When I first started with Dispatch, couple years ago, the app was perfect. It only listed the jobs. it didn't have a big map in your way that you had to scroll up and oftentimes have to fight with to do so, or cannot do it and have to restart the app in order to get the map out of the way. The map on this main screen doesnt even need to be there. It's fine to have it displayed as it does when you click on the job but serves no purpose otherwise. And, yes, can it please ALERT ME 4 THE JOBS!?? Smh

App worked fine at first, now it freezes. There are times when I can't swipe to leave pick up location and times when I can't complete an order. This is a big issue because drivers are getting in trouble for jobs being overdue! Update: The app gave me fits today! Was unable to swipe arrived/leaving pick-up. Clients are watching this and we're looking pretty bad. Worse than ever

While my overall experience is positive, I have some app functionality issues. App has two methods of seeing available deliveries, a map of the area coverage and a table showing available deliveries. Recommend integrating a function option in the app settings for the driver to select the preferred display option, map or table. Also, to see new deliveries available, the driver must slide a finger down the screen to refresh the app. Change to auto refresh every five seconds.

Terrible, talk about a low company. Did hella deliveries for them, and had 1, 1 complaint, and got removed from platform. Takes no consideration towards their drivers, and I don't think it was anything more to get rid of you as a driver and your time investment, than people just not liking your color choice for a shirt that day so you get 1 star. Do 100 deliveries get 10 wrong, go look for another gig. Don't drive for them

This new update is super slow. I can be at the pick up locationfor a new delivery and it still will be taken by others?? The size of the font are so large the pertinent information is not visible. Instead of seeing what your picking up, where it is going and what your delivering, you have to swipe it then swipe arrived, and leaving all at the same time to get info

It could be alot better. My issue is that jobs appear on a first come: first serve basics. Leaving no time to evaluate the posting.

App is inconsistent with allowing acceptance or decline with orders. Mimic the Uber app and then copy everything that has Uber does in terms of driver flexibility.

I've used this app since 2017. Used to be good and you could make some money, but that is no longer the case. Too many driver's, not enough orders. Some driver's get priority over other driver's unfairly, so it can be very difficult to get orders. The app used to be good and was fair to all driver's, but it is no longer fair to all driver's. I've complained, but no action has been taken to correct these issues. They just ignore the complaints.

Not the best experience with this app. To many glitches with loads. Any high dollar loads you will fight for, dog eat dog. I recently was given a route and when i was pulling up for pick up noticed i was automatically unassigned while in route for pickup.I was not reinbursed but was told from dispatch maybe another load might pop up at same location as if that would help my current situation. Ive had more bad experiences then good. Id give this a 2 star rating. Not sure if id refer this app!

There's 40 bucks I'll never get back. I have the latest, greatest phone money can buy Samsung S21 Ultra with 5G and a solid signal and I can't even get the app to load on any of my phones. What a crock! The app opens but no maps or gigs when you turn on available. I don't recommend them or this app... horrible experience. I want my money back!

The app has been severely downgraded from what it used to be. I used to get everything alerted and then it stopped alerting me on the jobs that were posted for a later time. You'd have to stare at the phone constantly. Not good for driving or anything else really. But now even the regular jobs are not alerting me, sometimes they do but most of the time now they R not. Disappointed. Company is good App bad.

Great Company.. The pay however from the Customer doesn't match the amount of driving one does. There should be no reason why an order is under $40. The Customer should take into account where tbe driver is coming from not just, distance from Store or the Customers house. If the pay was better.. Dispatch would get a 10. UPGRADE THE PAY

Only reason for the 2 star is that the notification alert sounds does not work anymore. Deliveries would be posted but without the assistance of the notification bell, you would miss out on obtaining the job.

Developers tried to scam me out of $30. My friend paid the fee and it seems like the app pushes out fake notifications for deliveries which instantly disappear to make it seem like you missed the 'delivery'. Just a scam to get $30.

Dispatchit needs to put the stores name that we will be picking up at that way it's not a conflict of interest for some people who actually have a fulltime job. When I have an order that needs to be picked up I don't know if it's coming from home depot and being delivered somewhere else so it's hard for me to pick up a job and then have to cancel it later on due to the conflict. Roadie shows all information very informative.

I don't understand how drivers can make money out of this... Long distances for very little money. So far everything that has popped up for me is at least 20 miles away to pick up, then other 10 miles to drop off and they want to pay $10? So maybe it would be worth if my car ran on watter but it doesn't... so 👎👎👎 from me...

The pay is horrible, mostly in how the gas price is I DONT WORK FOR FREE

Can't sign up this is not available in my city or a safe city near by. It is worthless you can't money in every city in the 🌎 so it is worthless no money in this take it out behind the barn and SHOT IT!

The problem with the company and this depends on what city you live in. The company does not have enough business and they have too many drivers. You literally have to have the phone glued to your hand and be looking at it all day. As soon as you get an alert for delivery and you go into the app it says it was already assign to a driver. This reason why they charge for you for your background check. They know when you try the app and you see you can make any money you will quit. It not worth

This app sucks they don't care nothing about the drivers . Dispatch mileage is not right on the pay scale . Worse app around . AND GOOD LUCK GETTING A RUN 50.000 PEOPLE FIGHTING FOR 1 RUN . The Worse app around .

Rate app not a lot of options though

For now I'll give a 3 star rating. I was told an average of 76 orders going throughout my market per day but I only see between 10 to 15. I also changed to an android because support had mentioned its faster to use but I don't see the difference.

Disappointment, I don't think any businesses know about dispatch in the metro Atlanta area. Not one order in two days I checked on Friday and now a saturday and nothing. I understand the need for expansion across the US but at least make sure there is a market in other cities first

As a service they claim to have work in my area but don't actually have any. They require a $30 application fee of which I was lucky to get free due to recent background check for DoorDash. Do not recommend at all.
