Dispatch Anywhere for Drivers

Experience is great during sunlight but trying to get a pic at night to process is extremely frustrating. By the way taking a pic at night with phone camera is no problem. At night, thru the app., pics will not process. Please help!

It has some *SERIOUS* flaws. Firstly, it tries to do everything in realtime - uploading photos as they're taken, not storing them on the local device, and then downloading them again when needed. Which is fine... when the server is not lagged to *@&$. Using the 'back' arrow to navigate pages deletes data rather than saving it. On the job finish page, if the VIN is missing, there is no way to view the photo (of the tag) to attempt a tag-trace - because the stupid app closes/finishes the job with blank data (deletes entered mileage). This places more burden on the dispatch team re-sending the job or filling in the blanks later. In areas with poor or no signal... the app *DOES NOTHING*. You cannot update status (arrived, finished), upload/download photos, or even have the customer sign the job. It simply locks up - or it locks up the entire device forcing a hard reboot. And it only notifies sporadically... causing missed jobs. F*ing horrible. I cannot do my job if it is not doing its job - honestly I wish my employer would find another product. Or go back to paper.

Would be great if you could enable split screen on Android and/or Chromebook, dangerous to use Dispatch Anywhere for night deliveries because our drivers are being blinded by the bright white screens. The competition offers dark mode

Please allow auto timestamping to be turned off. Marks you as arrived when your not. Have customers calling me wondering why it says im there when im not. Notifies you that you are leaving an incident when you still havent arrived. All these notifications are also the same sound as receiving a new job..cant be changed. Notification and sound overlays maps sound you miss your navigation cues and cant see the map to adjust. So many things wrong, i have run out of letters and have to write a 2nd

As a tow truck driver and working overnights. they need to make a night mode and if not a administrator the limited amount of info I can put in is bad should be able to add more info in the calls. If you tap finish or arrived there is not a back tab so be careful. Dispatch can add notes and drive can't see all info in call. Ranger is a way better app for towing but is expensive. Please update!!!!!!

I would appreciate it if the app would would work propertly when your on the phone or when you are not by it for android. I miss half of the jobs when they are dispatched. That's was a terrible experience and it doesn't happen once its all the time.

I've been using this app for a long time now, and I'm going to start lowering my rating score if the notifications do not get changed! Our company is losing thousands because of this. Please fix or we will move on to another mobile dispatch and drivers application!

Got a brand new phone and I have to un-install and re-install everyday for it to work, will finish with a call and can't clear it out because of connectivity issues with the app, not cell service or anything else.

This is a really good dispatch app, simple & easy to use, and it doesn't take forever to find what you need. Ive never had any type of issues with it, round of applause to the people who set this app up.

Easy to use, platform used is designed perfect for running drivers and its information needed to perform my job is pretty much exactly what I would've ask for but it's all right there.

Since last update both driver and dispatcher apps have been shuttung down whe I try to open them. I have deleted app and cleaned phone before reinstalling app ... Still not working correctly. Now I am unable to successfully complete my job

Great application although I cannot change my notification sound in the app itself, it says error everytime I set a sound and go back to the home screen.

I really do appreciate this app for keeping us connected and so much more that supports a whole lot of activity. I have high regards for the individuals who brought their talents to the Mass population. Thank you very much and keep up the great and selective designs for we're counting on you all..... Needs a dark mode for night time use that would be awesome

I updated the app now I can't even log in or anything. Try to open it it comes up then just shuts right off have tried Uninstalling the app clearing all the cache and even hard resetting my phone nothing worked. Waiting for the new update

Just downloaded the latest update. I don't see FourSquare description in the "What's New". If your going to sell our data you should cough up for Google Maps. Bing for maps is like using Bixby as an assistant, pure garbage... Dropped from 5 to 4 stars

App crashes have been a lot less, a lot of the problems these app used to have are now corrected. The app works fairly well now.

No night theme, you have no choice but to mess with the brightness for everything else, that does have a dark background in order to not have it blind you at night, other than that so far so good

does not work when talking to customers. freezes up, and does not send job notification when talking on the phone or browsing internet.

Before the update it kept crashing and now I update and it works when it wants to and it kept crashing and stops working and it doesn't let me do anything

Recently it has stopped giving notifications. This is devastating to a company with high volume. Please fix asap.

Everything is good except for the GPS. For Interstate Highways the GPS is never accurate.

Super neat! Some of the people dispatching are just like us where we make mistakes but at least theres effort and thats all you can ask of ANYONE! THANK YOU FOR KEEPING US ALL RUNNING

This app is garbage!! I cant even open the app fully without it just closing!! This is keeping me from supporting my family!! Please fix this crappy app!
