Not meant for non-iPhones. Text in many places is the same color as the backdrop. The devs should remove the time trackers because they are faulty and just run up 1000s of hours seemingly on their own. The signature feature is buggy and barely usable.

My review matches everyone else who has ever used this app. This app is slow and doesn't work at all at times constantly running but constantly shutting down how this even happens is beyond me but if my work was this poor I would be fired from my job. Please fix this terrible app. Or just start over perhaps. Free air condition house call fee for whoever fixes this problem lol 😆 I guarantee my work. Can you ????

literally the worst app out. search bar is just there for looks, consistently crashes, upoloading a picture over wifi standing next to the router? 5 min wait easily. You guys have been out for this long and you still cant fix the simple stuff Update: they messed up the app now you can't even put notes up without crashing. it's astounding how much they just don't care about this app

I wish I could give this negative stars. The most useless app I've ever encountered In My life. The developers have absolutely no idea what they are doing. It only has a few functions and it can't do those right. Constantly crashing. Unable to press certain features. I can't upload anything. I'm stuck with this app because the company I work for requires it. Worst app ever. If anyone reads this comment, I hope you listen to my words. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Absolutely awful.... Doesn't save anything that I've added to estimates. How can they sleep at night knowing they've put out such a useless, awful, nothing of an app? -18 stars

Cannot login. Tried stopping app and requesting 4 digit pin to login. The pin does not arrive even if i keep re-requesting. Pls help

SLOW and freezes. Unreliable job updates. I constantly have to restart this lousy app after each job. A ten minute process. No real text editor and doesn't recognize a carriage return. So all your tech notes look like run on sentences. Unless you are at dispatcher level, you can not access anything from a computer. Taking photos is a slow and cumbersome process. App is incapable of rembering its last settings. Useless if you loose cell service. This app does little to save a tech time.

Its a bigger battery hog than the last dispatch app I used, ESC. It constantly runs in the background when you close it. Only Force Stop will shut it down. Despite it running constantly, its actually not doing anything, and requires you to manually refresh to see any new jobs or changes to download. The photo uploadig has been broken for a long time. Every photo uploaded is cropped smaller by the app, ruining them.

Had a very bad first experience! Reach out to support and they made things right, set everything up properly and even followed up making sure everything was ok and I was happy with their services. I recommend this app for small business doing service work. App has lots of potential if properly used and set up right. Always get compliments from customers about how awesome text notifications are.

I've had to use this app for work for a few years now. It is horrendous. I can be in the app, switch to another to get info or do something else for a second, and the app has to load all over again sometimes taking 30 seconds or a minute. If it even loads at all sometimes it just kicks me out. Can't go back and look at previous day because it just glitches out and shoots me to a random day months back. Updates make stuff worse. Hope you get paid hourly because you'll waste time using this app.

Very glitchy software. Very frequently does not work when trying to use any of the features. The software in theory is amazing and very powerful for doing business. However it's execution falls very short of even being considered adequate.

This app is better then most others. Dispatch Field as a platform is in the top 5 I would say. You can request customization of the input fields based on the type of service you provide. There are many features (paid) that can be enabled. It does crash more then it should, and i find myself having to clean then cache often.

They need to field test these updates before they roll out and promptly provide hotfixes if needed. This app goes days to weeks with crucial features completely broken. Businesses wholly depend on Dispatch to function and it's always broken in some way. Right now I can't use the Get Directions button.

We use this app for dispatching appliance repair technicians. It works well with warranty companies who are already signed up with them. It is a little extra work for other companies and cash customers (manual entry). But overall, It helps keep track of techs well!

This app drop or does restart correctly. Every two day its so bad I can't reset the app to log out and log back in. I had to factory reset my phone to get the app to upload just to login. It's stop working with that hard and extreme reset after the first three times I had to do it.

Return offline work! When no internet it doesn't even load itself! Wasting a lot of time and nerves to wait. Driving around to find internet connection to just simply take a look at the job! That's horrible! Previous versions work for weeks without any issue.

The photo uploads have gotten worse. Tried uploading photos today @6 different calls and every single time it freezes and crashes and refuses to upoad. Worked better a couple months ago than now and its not my service. Brand new s21 ultra and verizon. This is crazy and wish my company would find something better, i cant even log in to see my calls for tomorrow anymore. If i could give less stars i would, app is extremely inefficient.

Our office and techs use the mobile app and desktop site and we have found it one of the best on the market for smaller companies. I find the features simple and easy to use from scheduling, invoicing and estimates. Tech support is very responsive and they are adding improved customer interface with options on a regular basis. I as well as the company I work for are happy to be part of growing this platform that at least for us works amazing for the service industry!

buggy, force close, crashes. overall not a good experience. crashes and force closes on two separate devices. I expect more from something not in beta testing.... a shame to put out such an unreliable and buggy product.

I'm giving them 5 stars due to their effort to make it a great app, I've seen it progress from bad app to a great app over the years and will just keep getting better. I use this app consistently throughout the work week as an Electrical Service Technician and does what the company and customers need for it to do . It's Nov. 15, 2019 I still feel the same way as I did a few months ago when I first wrote this. The app has been doing awesome ever since the update that fixed the Google Maps issue.

Dispatch used to work pretty well, now freezes, won't load, something happened within last month or so, but, now it is not any good. It was a great tool, now need to figure something else out.

Sadly, I am required to use this app for my employer. I have a newish LG V60 and this app has nothing but issues. Consistently slow upload speeds yet it is constantly running in the background despite attempts to disable background usage. I constantly have to force quit in order to even load a job or to post a simple note that I have to cut and paste when I reload it. Twice this app has bricked my phone for an hour at a time leaving me stranded without directions. Use something else if you can

thank you for fixing bug with get directions button. we like you app. i wish it would give more personalizaton options( for example let to change menu that appears after you push complete button). In general-very useful app

This app is fantastic, but currently the "get directions button" is not working. No real complaints besides that, but the directions function is a big deal. Once it's fixed, I'll update this review. The get directions function is now working

I have to force stop the app when not in use, my employer tracks me when im OTC, auto zooms in on pictures and crops important details and i cant zoom out have to regularly uninstall and reinstall for new calls and updates to be seen on my phone problems not limited to cheap phones, i experience this on a cheaper motorola, iphone and my new Galaxy

So I've been using this app since mid March and it seems to be in need of further development. I've had to force stop many times and even uninstall then reinstall 3 times!!! I'm now only using this because this is what the company is using. Hopefully this crashing app gets the continued development it so needs. We will see.

This app is complete trash! It crashed on me last night, and will not let me sign in to app this morning. uninstalled and reinstalled app all day, still having the same issue. if it wasn't for my company using this app, I would never use this nor suggest this app to anyone or any business.

Works good for a while then it won't send invoices via email we've had this app now and we use it in our company and have for the last three and a half years and it's been an up and down battle when it's working it's great when it's not it puts our whole business damn near on standstill.

app crashes frequently. when it does work it has the most asinine login sequence, or else it has to run constantly in the background. if i could give this zero stars i would. if it were up to me and not an employer requirement i wouldn't even use this app

The app use to be ok but lately when u press on the customer's address and touching to open it by Google maps it goes to my UBER, I never changed settings and I was trying looking for the default set but it continues to happen
