Horribly slow. It closes anything else that's open. Example is if I'm listening to music from an app, it closes the music app, and the driver app closes also. It's horrible.
The app is slow when clearing the jobs at delivery. It doesn't tell me how much the job pays before accepting the job! No option to reject the job after accepting the job!
If you go to a stop the app will ask you are you at this address, or when trying to close out orders Call Dispatch because you didn't use the Google map. Pick up orders should start with zero so all driver will have to do is change the number they need to change. Then you have to hit ok four time then submit oh and that is after swiping once. Also the app always takes you to your last stop not to the next stop. YEP Needs Work
Please add an option in settings to enable uploading of attachments via mobile. I'm on a route and have 13 to 15 attachments waiting to be uploaded. It would be awesome if they could just upload instantly.
This app is part of an excellent delivery framework. I like the clean interface and so far has been working smoothly.
always crash and app close all the times you need open for every delivery. Scanner procedure is so slow and the app is very slower
Gps doesn't work much of the time... very often can't open up a tag where you are....but you can open any one where you aren't.....a lot of time wasted on this app....wish it wasn't GPS based so it would work better I assume !!! This stupid review won't even post
It is slow to load and GPS is not accurate, takes a few minutes to close out Dispatch orders, needs improvement
App is decent with the exception of it crashing when i accept an order. Crashes about 5 times per day
Need to make the GPS better or have a way to override the GPS. Some times your on site but won't let u use the app because GPS is off
This is designed for routes not call in order and then dispatch. Not user friendly for individual dispatching.
The app uses data diagnostics tactics to data breaches information from personal users phone thats why its important to login and turn off send data diagnostic cause once u login it starts to sending my personal data to their app which many user are not aware about
Not efficient, orderly, unneeded complication for inputlevels, slow, steals to much on device, creation writing odd complications
Once the company sorted out all the possible options this app was a nice step up from our old system.

this app is still to vague on the pick up information. I would love to help. When clicking on the pick up or drop it automatically goes to maps. I need to know what I'm picking up will I need a dolly the weight the phone number and the town/city. I do not need it to open Google maps I am fully able to do that on my own. at the drop location I again don't need the maps to open I need the City phone number name

Opening scan function automatically crashes app. Lost many jobs because of inability to scan. Shouldn't need to buy external scanner. Also GPS link not accurate when using Google maps, although does work with Waze. FIX MY SCANNER, please.
