DispatchBot Driver
The DispatchBot Driver mobile app automatically tracks the drivers position so that dispatchers can efficiently route trips to the nearest driver.
Features include:
* See the whole day's trips that are assigned to the driver.
* Mark trips as 'started' so that dispatch can see you are on route.
* Receive turn by turn directions from your current location to the trip.
* Have your position tracked so that dispatch knows where the vehicle is, and is able to re-route as needed.
* Mark the trip as picked up, capturing times and odometer readings.
* Mark the trip as dropped off, capturing times and odometer readings.
* Collect passenger(s) signatures
* Ability for drivers to add custom notes to be sent back to dispatch.

I haven't had any issues with it until recently. It's keep closing off when I try opening the app. And I uninstalled it and logged back in and it continues to close when I try opening the app. Is there anything you guys can do to fix that?
Use to work great now doesn't stay working. Have to force close after every stop
Need a major update and most of the company they use this app are theifs like next level or A+ or all American health all corrupt system medical field, go to hill you F thiefs you and your support team

Works incorrectly
I use dispatch bot constantly for my job. I work as an NEMT driver. If it is not one major issue, its another. The old dispatch system was terrible. You could mark something as complete or arrived multiple time, and it still wouldnt work. Incredibly frustrating. With the new update, it marks your destination much more efficiency, however, the notes people leave wont show all the way, and theres no way to click on it to see the rest of the notes. So youre left with calling your dispatch for things they already put in. Also, if you access google maps from dispatch bot, you can No longer use dispatch bot until you exit google maps. Would love to review again once issues are fixed
The new update is horrible. Now I can't log my mileage anymore. And can't go back to app unless I exit maps.
App freezes all the time and also does not automatically refresh when dispatch switches trips around!
We use it at the company I work for. The web interface is fine and works well, but this app for drivers is awful. Not only does it seem like it was designed for Android 2.x, but it's as laggy as an app from that era. It loses connection a lot, makes you sign back in after having to close it (because it lost connection), and sometimes won't even register clicks at all. It needs a major overhaul, or just a potential complete rebuild.
Your app leaves a lot to be desired. It went more than two hours without syncing, leading my dispatcher to call me and ask me where I was. If I were a business owner I would drop your service and find a competitor who was more reliable. Today was not the only day where your app went hours without syncing with your website. Your IT department has some work to do on this substandard app.
It has its flaws nut other than that it's a pretty cool app
Good app for small company. Support staff is easy to work with in fixing bugs and communicating.
Would like to give it more stars but it lacks some basic features. A small business owner will most likely also drive. No app for the dispatcher to just see all the trips the drivers have. Second, you can't switch views to just show your trips only. Each trip has two legs which can get confusing when on the road. Third, signature screen hard to see for passengers. Why they use such a light colored text when drivers are outside is a mystery to me.
How can I retrieve my password. I need to access this app for work.
It makes life as a driver with a manifest easier now that it has been fully updated and bugs worked out.
Needs push notifications for start time changes.
The tablet version freezes A LOT. It doesn't show the mileage after you type it in. The notes you write on your first trip can't be seen by the driver on the return trip. It would be nice if the trip could be printed out at the end to replace paperwork.
