I'm unable to access the app. 😠 During flu season 2019 I uploaded all of my information, including separate accounts for each member of my family along with our insurance card and now I can't get in. It worked the one time when I was setting everything up and I haven't been able to get into it since. THE APP IS UTTER GARBAGE 🗑 However, I do enjoy the at home service. 😉

Doctors and service are amazing, however I keep getting an unknown error message on the app which is really annoying because that's the whole ease of using this service in the first place. Now I need to call and wait for half hour until I can request an appointment... If the app gets fixed, I will change the rating to give stars.

Just created a new account. Very smooth with the exception of scanning insurance cards. Medicare number was totally wrong and somehow included a Group Number (Medicare doesn't use a Group Number). 1st scan of supplemental insurance card was worse - app picked up nothing - but 2nd scan was perfect.

I used the service back in August or September for a terrible respiratory infection. Transportation at the time was not easy for myself and somehow found out I could get a home visit at the same cost of my regular walk in clinic. Aka free. This was a life saver. They came the next day, were respectful, kind, and personable. They checked me out and gave me prescriptions for antibiotics, something to supress my constant cough, and inhaler refills I was out of. All w/o germ exposures at a clinic.

After hearing about this on my local radio I was excited to use this cause I'm in & out of the hospital a lot. When I actually needed to use the app it told me it didn't service my area & sorry for the inconveniences. Needless to say that if it's not available in area it shouldn't have been advertise. This is giving ppl false hope at not having to go to the ER when there is none.

The app doesnt work and I never got an opportunity to use it. Then it said my app was out of date. I tried to install the updateand received the same errir message. Total waste of an app.

The app meh, you aren't able to login in to your account when you open it. & I had a bad experience with Dispatch health recently. I didn't before this for sure.

This is totally legit! I made a request through the app for an appointment. I had a call from them within 10 mins. The visit was the smoothest doctor visit ever! Super nice doctors came to my home and diagnosed my daughter with a ear infection and put in a prescription right then. I love this! Thank you dispatch health!!!

Dispatch Health is a miracle. I couldn't believe that it was true that care actually came to your home but the experience was wonderful. It reminds me of the old doc who pulls up in his model T Ford with his black bag it is simply the same. Wonderful!

Great experience . I was referred by my neighbor & I have recommended several people . The staff was professional, knowledgeable & prompt . Never wanna go to the dr office again

Service was horrible. I had to spent hours on the phone trying to get answers to questions and 4 months after my visit they withdrew $45 from my bank without ever sending me a bill. I have healtg insurance my copay is less than that.

App would not open; just froze up every time I opened it. Even tried reinstalling, with no luck.

Awesome service, excellent providers, professional care. Will never go back to a walk-in clinic. Finally, concierge medicine is HERE!!!

Downloaded the app but, the part of creating and account was hard and after trying still couldnt so, I gave up and uninstalled the app. Just too confusing..

Excellent app. It is perfect for scheduling those medical visits in the home when necessary.

Fantastic, enjoyable, speedy & professional. I was impressed how swift they got the medicinetThi that helped me start feeling better. I would definitely recommend these folks to use them when they don't feel good. This company is a very good service to our community & keeps so many people out of the Emergency room.

I downloaded the app...submitted a request(at 10pm MST) and they called me right away and set me up with an appointment the next morning. Great experience.

Its an app to request a call back. Doesn't really do anything. Was told I'd get a call with an ETA between 5:45pm and 7:45pm 5:30 they call while I'm in the shower, and leave a message that they are at my door. 5:40 I'm out of the shower, call back on the missed call. Oh we're out of the area now.

THIS APP IS AWESOME!!! WHAT DOCTORS OFFICE EVER CALLS YOU TO CHECK ON YOU?!?! NONE BUT THESE DOCTORS DO... THIS APP IS TOTALLY THE BEST AND I TOTALLY RECOMMEND IT... ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS... BEST APP EVER!!! THANK YOU DISPATCH HEALTH!!!!

I downloaded the app. but cannot use it. The only option offered is to log in. How can I log in if I can't set up a password or an account?

Cld not set up account. Got frustraited and uninstalled. This app is garbage.

I was feeling really bad and decided to sign up for this app recommended to me by yhe the emergency room in the past thinking it would be a solution to my pain and sickness and they refused to see me after they took down all of my personal information. I could have just went to the hospital insteaf of wasting twenty minutes of my time just to hear they wont come see me. I have asthma and its sad they denied me a visit when I have pretty good insurance.

Fantastic. I truly wish every Pace/Innovage program and facility had this godsend in their lives.
