This app is better than text msg, but compared to other apps, it is way down on quality standards. 1) Constantly getting calls from dispatchers (from all the companies I work with that uses the app) to "Send Location". Conclusion: geo locator is NOT functioning right on this app. 2) Another issue is msg sent through the app chat are lagging. 3) When I put "will be available" it takes my current location and time/date instead the real info input.
I am so mad and so not happy with this app!!! Have to reinstall it due to very bad work of the app and frequent shut offs and now it wouldn't even recognize my email so I can't register my company... Damn!!! So sick of it...
Always shot its self down without touching anything and you cannot login again? ??
Location issues, sometimes glitch, stay on white screen
Very bad app, not location accurate and the people from tracking are awful, need better trained personnel to understand geography, orientation from point A to point B, to know the difference between miles and kilometers, so many bumps..if you stop the tracking stop working and people are calling you or messages within a few minutes to refresh because they don't have your current location and they bother you all the time when you are under a load with a company that is using their tracking app.
Absolutely useless application. Dispatch still texting you every morning and ask your availability. Why don't you place all loads in the app. The application doesn't show my location if app is minimized. Will be available option is not seen correctly by dispatch. Nothing is getting fixed for months
Bad. (With Samsung phone). 1.Not tracking location, as a result dispatchers all the time disturb 😴 driver from safe driving,asking for zip code, or to send them messages with location. 2. App Asks for updates all the time, and then just freezing with no updates.
When ever I click navigate to goggle map, it will not respond, I have to memorize the address and enter it in goggle map manually
You force me to update the app, but do not bother explaining what updates or fixes are... And after each update I am suppose to enter a credentials for all companies I am working with - very "convenient" on the go...
Hello, Dear developers, after adding another company, the program stops transmitting geolocation in the background and resumes only after the application is opened, but you just need to minimize it and the problem repeats ... I tried: Clearing cache and data Reinstall application Account deletion and re-entry Fix please... Android 9.0
It's doesn't matter what you're doing on your phone this app will randomly pop up on your screen. Really annoying! Samsung Galaxy S8 plus
Geolocation aka my location can't be tracked and this is problem on Android not on IOS dispatch is always asking for zip code and my location please fix this if you don't know how to ask someone else to do it for you so frustrating as i am typing this they are asking for my location
Incorrectly running app, bugs, every update brings mistakes. Doesn't see location when in the second window app
GPS tracking is NOT working. Dispatch waking up drivers every 2 hrs. Fix it, guys, it's about time!

We are working 6months and all the time inIt's so bad Dispatch (not show your location only used your internet and your phones.
Garabage app..you have to stop using wifi scanning and use only gps..this kills the battery like crazy. This app is a complete parasite and leaches more information than it should..
Can be more efficient
Im in middle of the load and my apps is not work it keep telling me to update but I did update recently and keep saying that
Geolocation is not working , they don't know where you at then you get a load , this problem started at middle of February this year , and nobody fix the problem

App totally trash always glitch there's no point of these updates.
why are updates needed it was working fine now everything is screwing up and everytime i updated the app all my info and companies are lost ?
Works a lot better now, has view my zip code locater which comes in handy.

The app has a glitch after glitch. In the past it barely worked and now you need to uninstall it and the install again to make it work. Then you have to enter info about all of your dispatchers all over again. Horrible!
