Turn by turn directions, real-time status update and escalations
Dispatch Track not only gives turn-by-turn directions, but it also enables service personnel to communicate with the office in real-time. Send job status of job start and finish time, and enter field notes to communicate with the office manager and get help as needed.
Capture key job-completion information at customer site
After each job is completed, capture all key information to confirm completion including images, customer signature and any key notes that can be used for future sales opportunities.
Accept credit card payments at job completion
DispatchTrack comes with a credit card swiper, which not only gives you the convenience of accepting payment on the job, without any delays, but it also offers a low rate (<2% per transaction!) compared to other services.
Customer surveys
DispatchTrack takes customer surveys to a whole new level. Capture a customer satisfaction survey on the mobile unit when service is rendered. Or simply send the survey via email and the response is stored against the service order. DispatchTrack can also take all of your customer's positive comments about the service, and capture it in a widget that you can use to promote on your company website, a facebook page or any other Internet medium --

I find it odd that dt doesn't respond to any reviews. Where to begin? This app has to load, update, and save constantly which takes a considerable amount of time, even when connected to the internet. I find that pictures, reports, and start/end times get erased on a weekly basis. When app sends you to Google Maps there are occasions when it sends you to an unrelated and random address. the layout for writing is a two line box to type in and can be near impossible to use.
Terrible app most the time doesnt even work you cant back space when leaving comments under pictures other times pictures or comments dont upload for both sides even after refreshing this app needs a huge update!
I usually work out in the country where I can't get much signal and my job requires me to take pictures. The app won't let me take pictures or take a customers signature and save it while it's offline with no signal. Can you guys fix it to where it'll let me take the pictures, take a customers signature and save it with no signal and then upload those once signal is reestablished? That would definitely help me and my coworkers out a lot. I also use the app on the work ipad, same issue for ios.
Takes up way too many resources and wont stop running unless you deny permissions. Adding text after you take a picture does not let you backspace or correct any errors in text unless you cancel and retake the photo. Also, I don't see the point in microphone permissions when you can't even record a video during a stop!
Slow and laggy. Constantly getting forced out and signed out. Current big issue is that it will say that I lost connection, tell me to log out, then say it needs to update, but won't update because it can't connect, can't log out, so I can't sign in. Very inconvenient when I need this app for work.
I wish my company would drop this app. It will waste company money and slow productivity while waiting on loading screens frequent crashes maltiple bugs. It frequently looses notes and pictures. Its absolutly terrable. If your looking for good dispaching software a carrier pidgeon would be faster.
Wish 2 people could be logged in at the same time without being logged off. Wish when switching from the dates on the map portion therr would be a icon showing its working. If you press for the next day and wait for a bit then press again because of the lag then you will be shot 2 days past the date you want. Probably doesn't make sense but when it happens to you, you will know what Im talking about.
Latest update does not save pictures or notes on my end. The pictures and notes come up on my offices end though. I was excited for this update because I couldn't backspace for 7 months and now they broke something else. smh, Please fix.
Save your money and go with a competing app. It only works when it wants to. When it does it works poorly. I have guys that have to use their personal phones to gather the information and then try and get it into the app. Your employees will lose all autonomy because they can do nothing in the app and have to call in for every little problem. Buyer beware.
Its always something buggy with the Is app. Either it freezes, won't let me log in. Or once I'm logged in ot won't let me review certain informations. Or tye most annoying is it won't let me log in period!!!! Fix this please!!!!!
If I could give this review no stars I would! This app is nothing but problems! The company we work for can see that our route is listed on their side but not we can't see it on our end. If we can't deliver we lose money! At this point we have nothing to good to say about this app.
I have a galaxy s9 when you go view your route on the map the dots that show you the stops for the route are so tiny you cant make out a number fix it it's very annoying!!! You cant identified what stop number that is.
the app no longer allows user too look up old jobs. previously you could check your old routes and tomorrow's route in the maps section wich is no longer available. if the thought is to go paperless....i as a independent contractor need access to previous jobs
Latest update is constantly shutting the app down and will not run it background my phone says app crashed and if u leave the app it always reboots and erases everything u just typed in if ur unlucky enough that ur phone shifts sideways the same thing happens FIX THIS PLEASE
If Fedex or Ups used this kind of app they would loose billions in time wasted. Today it took me more time to document a stop than delivering 2 large items inside a house. Thanks for wasting essential workers time, we did not have enough on our plate already! By the way i m here ranting cause the freaking thing would not logout.
Uninstalled/reinstalled several times since I can't get past the permissions. I allowed all that the prompts kept asking for but keeps stopping me saying I need to grant permissions to everything I already did. Tried on Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra.
This has to be the worst app in history. It constantly crashes . Eats your battery life at an amazing rate . So slow and buggy..
Man if yall don't remove that loud incredibly annoying music that plays whenever someone updates the route I swear to gawd! And it plays none stop. You can't turn it off! Even if you log out. I literally have to go to settings to force stop the app... EVERY SINGLE TIME. Whoever came up with that idea. Yah mama a... you know what ima keep it professional. Please fix the pointless elevator music. Or atleast give me the option to turn it off.
