How to use Pixel effect:

I don't use this app often, but it's not difficult to figure out and has some decent stuff. I wish the patterns were organized better, such as all the top-down's together, left-sides, ect.
oky the pixels are nice but a few and I wanted a pixel making it as that on the app cover picture. the is limited it needs more update on making more great edits and more pixels , talking of filters they are all perfect
I wanted something that has dispersion effect feature and doesn't lose picture quality. Unfortunately that's what this app does. And the effects themselves are not impressive.
This app has really good only thing I hate about it is that you cannot customise those pixels smoke colour & smoke transparency & a none pixel. Because some of my pic there is no need to put pixel just in app filter can do the job because right now if I just want to put sepia effect I have to use other app this doesn't have a option to remove pixel. Wish developer can make those pixel customisation & add none pixel for non pixel phots.
I LOVE the filters but the fact that I cannot rotate the photos is really disappointing...as ALL my photos always ends up on its side instead of upright (like the photo was actually taken).
your camera isnt right I couldnt find out how to rotate pic even though I took it straight up and down like a regular picture. If you picked pixels you couldnt take pixels off even if you backed out and retook a picture. app needs alot of work
Disappointed. I've tried to edit a photo but when I tap on the photo the app closes. I've downloaded it twice. Worst app so far.
Difficult to get the desired effect. There does not seem to be a way to apply the effect where you want it. The image filters are limited and heavy handed. Not very useful.
This is a good idea but you need to add the option to rotate the image. I would love to use the app but it keeps turning the image and your app doesn't provide me a way to turn it to fit the effects.
Not very good. Every time I choose a picture it comes out too big so I reduce it, and the effect doesn't blend in. Waste of time
I like the variety of pixel but you cant flip the Image. If theImage could flip it would fit better with the pixel
the app keeps changing your photos to landacape and you cant change it within the app. poor design of an app
GooD application but you need to use two editor for the photo you are trying to make i suggest this app but the picture after edit looks unsatisfying but using another editor looks awesome and i suggest this app to those use you picsart well for them this app is super.
Highly glitchy ans the photos aren't put in the same way the photo was taken and it laggy.

What is this? Basic frames that can't be edited or adjusted that you slot a picture in! Ridiculous.
Rubbish, you cannot edit filters and it is nothing like what is advertised.
Not the best guality....it has a lot of issues.....i can not make videos..only edit photos..
Poor structure. No categorization of effects. Effects are only available in white.
it has no flavor that i can connect with the picture i take to have a really good outline graphic detail.
Sadly App is Unusable. All photos are upside down with no way to flip them .👎

app is super limited like way more effort could have been put into this if you're looking for an editor go with Snapseed nothing beats it
i had no idea what to do...effects look cool but it gave me a random effect st startup which i didn't know how to remove
Cant create transparent photos even inputting a transparent background they give you a white background.
i like it. it can hold its own with the rest but the background is lacking in variety
Poes kak..... Its just frames.... U can edit more on a nokia 3310..... U can literaly onlyadd a photo to a poes kak frame thing that looks aaaaahm.... Poes kak
Ultimately this app just lacks so much. Its simply a photo sticker. Template, no editing, can't rotate photo to support the designs. Can't edit colors of the "pixels"... all and all.... This app has a long way to go before I'd call it Pixel Effect or a Photo editor, let alone Both together.
