Worst experience ever. The app did not detect the checkpoint even though I was exactly at the spot - had to circle round 3 times just to get it to register, clearly I lost my lead in that race. This happened twice in the same event. 10/10 would not recommend.
The app is great! However I am facing the issue where it wouldn't allow me to record when accessing the AR camera feature, it just prompts me an error message but does not mention what is the issue (e.g permission not granted). Could you guys please look into this?
Lots of technical issues (i.e. Server cannot be connected, forced closed app during AR) occurs during HK open. Frustrated the app totally affected the race. Origanizer needs to consider the technical supports for the race although they got a good concept. Tech issues ruined the racd.
The district race was super fun!!! I wish the traffic light was taken into consideration when timing the race but nonetheless the apps work seamlessly. Will definitely go back next year for the 3rd edition 🙆🏾♀️

Very terrible app. The distance is always less than actual running distance. The KM is not moving at all! Rubbish app
No fixed route or distance. Target is to earn as much point as possible. It is not a running event that I normally joined. Run while having fun and teamwork is important.
Amazing app with gamification and allows me to interact, just like playing game.. back to childhood experience that allows me to have fun and excitement.
the app is interesting, however the issue comes about when going through urban areas with tall buildings that could interefere with some phones GPS signals

The app is very buggy. App suddenly stopped during District Race 2019 Hong Kong. Progress was lost when I resumed the run.

Really like the exploration nature of the app, bought me to places I'll never go normally. Lags on app when there's a huge number of users at one time is expected, but I believe expectations needs to be managed. I also think it's a good way to do team building activities where teams can work together to find the best routes to score the highest in the set time given. Fun way to exercise more as you'll try to hit the last checkpoint before time runs up!
