This app is a hot mess. It uses LevelUp's platform which is full of bugs, poorly laid out and makes no sense. You need to create a 'payment token' (add a credit card) before you can do anything. Then you go to pay and are confusingly asked to add another credit card or use your LevelUp card. I had a $5 credit from a billing error for another LevelUp restaurant app (they refused to refund me). My credit appears on this restaurant app, but I can't use it. Avoid anything from LevelUp.
App shows you can schedule a time for pickup but it doesn't actually allow that. My receipt showed it was made 2 and a half hours before I picked it up. Hopefully it was kept warm and I don't get food poisoning.
Prices during and after checkout are misleading. During checkout it said I had reward credit and gave me one amount, then said a higher amount after I paid, and another different amount under recent orders, none of which were the amount actually charged to my card. Definitely won't be using this app to order again.
The app was really annoying. It took forever for me to log in and order. After I had spent ten minutes entering my order and billing info multiple times, they told me they didn't even take orders on Sunday. Never eating there again.
Says tied to levelup, but won't take my levelup login. Nor does DT show up in the levelup app. 👎👎👎 Constantly fails. Currently, it won't even open. Just auto-crashes.
I have issues every time I use this app. From logging me out suddenly and deleting my order, to packing orders before I'm ready, errors popping up constantly, and orders showing as completed before in even there to pickup.
This is the worst app I've ever used. It makes you reenter your address over and over again. I saved my phone number but it wouldn't let me order because "my number was not in my profile." It forces you to enter gender in profile. Why?? Uninstalled this pos.
App is not well organized and you're better off just calling DT to order instead of relying on this. I've had too many wrong order issues go wrong with the app. Too much of a headache to use so I've uninstalled it.
App doesn't open when I select it. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. My Android is up to date.
The. Worst. App. Ever! Love their food but the app makes me want to never eat there again. Download if you want to waste your time and get extremely frustrated.
Doesn't accept online payments on my Android device. The PC version does-- that one works flawlessly and would get 5 stars if I could rate it.
This is the worst ordering app. Hitting the back button deletes your order. Can't add your card to your own account without losing your order. Garbage app, needs a lot of work
There is no way to complete your order or apply an account credit. The app says select options at the top of the checkout page, but there is no way forward after selecting address and payment method.
App got hung up.and wouldn't let me indicate to restaurant I was there to pickup my curbside order. The "I'm here" button never would let me submit my status. Thia waa my first time using it.
The App forces you to input a payment method to use it. I had a $5 award and it didn't work and I was charged full price. Now, I have $10 with no way to use it.
Worst app ever. "Insert your phone number into your profile" 1. Why? 2. Why didn't you take me there? 3. Why did you DELETE MY CART when I went there? 4. WHY DID YOU TELL ME AGAIN to put my phone number into my profile after I already did and tried to place my order twice?
Extremely frustrating to use. Tells me the order had an "error," but it actually went through.
App won't open. I removed the app and reinstalled and it won't open on my pixel 4a. Great food though. Lousy app.
This is an awful app. The create profile/login feature is broken, and the pickup ASAP button is broken before the store opens.
Love the new app! It's so much better than the old one, and the curbside ordering is great!

Pretty mediocre. It deletes my cart sometimes. Or it won't let me delete an item from my cart. It gives me an error when I order even though it goes thru and I get a confirmation email. It won't let me push the button to say I'm out front when I arrive. We have not had a problem with the accuracy of orders because of this, but there's always some problem with the ordering process. Always.
