This app is four stars ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐🤩, and can become five! My favorite part of this app, is The International Part 💕, including news from everywhere. Hope the developers see how many people want that on their television 📺. I love ❤️ the tv menu guide! The TV Guide Menu looks good, is easy to flip through channels, and has a Live TV and On Demand choice. The app is legitimate, safe, and user friendly. The On Demand section is good, but for future reference, it can always be expanded on. I'm grateful!
DistroTV has a great selection of channels. I really like all the music stuff and the wide variety of movies. I watch it mostly on my lap top, but it's on Roku and you can download it to your phone too. The sports stuff is pretty good too. There's a TON of shows on demand, but I haven't really looked at much of those. My only wish is that they had more animation or anime- I watch a lot of animation online when I can. Download DistroTV I think you will really like it. Also, its the only place to see Kaloopy these days.
The selection is minimal at best. And sometimes he channels don't connect. Alee+ is not connecting, for instance. There is no diversity of thought in terms of their news programming, which tends to beyond be on the conservative side. No mainstream offering outside of Newsy. Sports has also lacking, again nothing really mainstream. I'm assuming this is a new service, so one should give it time, but if you're thinking of dropping Pluto TV for this, wait a bit.
Not exactly "live tv". Although the premise behind the app is is very clever, it lacks the actual "live" part of "live tv". I turned to 3 different news channels and all of the content was easily 2-3+ weeks old. I turn on that same channel on cable and it's not even the same topics or program. Not sure what might cause such a delay, but once that is fixed I'll be sure to update my rating/review. Also, none of the programs have any information on program name or anything.
A pretty decent app for what it is, but definitely has a few quirks to it. Audio fades from decent quality to sounding like a cheap radio at times, and the entire app has a strange "Eurasian-feel" to it (likely due to its' origins and server locations). Also, no way to listen to Stingray music without leaving the screen active (D*mn it...I'm listening to music... not watching TV!!!)
Just doing a quick look after installing... the only descriptions seems to be what the channel is, there is no description of what is actually being shown on that channel. Couple of the channels do not load, just a static channel logo and a buffering symbol. Has an interesting mix of channels there is potential because of channels being offered that are not on other AVOD services
Good app directly from USA, with various selection of streaming video programs around this best casting device installed. But not enough feature with subtitles selection provided. Should have it included with video. Okay entry.

It works well. Very clear chanels. I LOVE the ability to add FAVORITES !! ... But, it needs WORK. 1: needs more content. 2: NEEDS the ability to hide channels that i know I'll NEVER watch. So that way, I'm not scrolling thru useless channels.
It was a good app, until yesterday. I updated the app and now every time I start the app it will open, hang a few seconds then stops and says to restart, and that's all it does. I unintalled, restarted my device wih no change. So, it is now uninstalled.
I reside in Tijuana MX and use a VPN to get American channels. This app won't open while using VPN. Other than that without the VPN works great but all Spanish translated channels which is why I'm giving 3 stars.
It would be really nice if you could tell us what we are watching. All shows and movies are unlabeled. Not a single synopsis. Channel descriptions run right off the page. It is rather difficult to find something to watch. "Local news" is 800 miles away.
Great app. But it stops working on Ruko!! Hope they fix it soon.
2nd update and it is now working on Google TV with Chromecast. It would be nice if in the future it would have some sort of TV guide so you can watch programmes from the start rather than half way through.
Loads the first page and closes down every time.
Can't unchecked season 11 of murdoch mysteries, when I try to check season 14 is just stays on season 11
Friday Feels, and several other music video channels gone without warning. This behavior of losing channels without warning is getting old fast.
The app is great but the christmas channel buffers and freezes can you please fix this issue? Other than that great app it could use some 80s horror movies and some 80s movies.
doesnt work on android tv box, one big terms of use agreement that you cant click accept on pops up, blocking the whole screen and prevents you from using the app rendering it usless in 4k lowering my resolution to 1080 prevents me fromm scrolling the agreement entirely
I don't understand what people are complaining about I've had the app for 5 days now. Love watching independent American news channel as apposed to the giant names like CNN etc...I live in Birmingham in the UK so get board with UK news.. Also love the American horror movie channels and the free on-demand movies etc. Major part of why I love this app is one it's FREE and two it works. Well done because 85% of apps like this don't work 🤷🏾♂️ Developers 🙂👍
It works well on my phone for what I watch, a couple of news channels. If you want my business fully then allow my family to watch it via our streaming windows PC! It's already there on your website except for the program stream.

Excellent !!!! Very Good TV !!! I have downloaded like Pluto TV & Xumo TV. This app is awesome and it has most International & US channels like newsy TV. It have at least news channels on there. Great!!!! 5 stars.
It's alright for a new app, but I would really love Chromecast support so I don't have to screen mirror my phone everytime I want to watch something on the TV
Terrible app. Does not navigate properly, is full of bugs, and freezes. No quality control.
3*** for an active app,works fine does not crash at all.Ipod,android & lap top I've watched this on,also my wifi I was about 50 feet away and it was working perfect.Indian channels etc are junk so is this all.
Really limited content, which is ok I'm a free app. No Chromecast support, which is not ok in a TV app.
App keeps crashing. Starts up with only audio track. Then it crashes.
Despite what I've read in the reviews, I like Distro TV. I love the different channels from Pluto. They try to appeal to all genres and sects of society by offering not only programming for immigrants and African Americans, but they also cater to the alt-right with their selection of alternative news sources like NewsMax, OAN, The First, etc.I wish they had more traditional network news sources like PBS, CBS, NBC, and ABC All-in-all it's a good addition to what's available for free TV. I have faith it will get better.
I saw this app in a list of apps to download in a video on YouTube this morning. I downloaded it and to my surprise it has European news live and African channels. As an African myself living in the USA, this is a treat. So far no buffering,i don't think I have seen too many ads yet, the quality of the images are great. There is an on demand side and a live side. So far I have explored the live side and found favorites already. I haven't checked out the demand section that well yet.
