The only thing good about this app is the convenience of not having to go search for a kiosk. However, the app keeps rejecting my card, forcing me to have to go to a kiosk anyway. It won't let me delete old payment methods, and I can't even set up Auto-Pay since the app won't accept my card.
Easy to navigate, found my accounts and allowed payment. A few things seemed odd from a development standpoint but its no hassle to retype an email address when compared to dealing with the city of Detroit directly.
I have uninstalled the app and installed it again and have restarted my phone and each time I put in the info it says an error has occurred. I guess I have to find a kiosk to pay.
Does not work well, can only pay one property, gets stuck, WILL TRY UPDATE AND CHANGE REVIEW IF IT WORKS FOR MY TWO PROPERTIES.----update, COULD NOT EVEN SEND CONFIRMATION CODE, wish I could post video or pictures to show uselessness of app!!
It was a good experience except I'd like to be able to see the amount so that you can pay on old taxes along with present taxes.
I paid my Winter Taxes successfully and then immediately tried to pay Summer. Unable to process. Tried it again. Unable to process. No reasons, no help feature.
When entering the parcel number add a period at the end and your property will come up. I like it. Very helpful and easy.
Get error when trying to make a payment. "Unable to complete request". This is both on tablet and phone
Just tried to pay taxe's (12/09/2019) it say's payment cannot be process. What's wrong with the app? I used it for summer taxe's this summer fix it please.
This app sucks. As soon as I hit confirm payment, the app crashes.
Made paymwnt 3/1/20. App had total 2020 taxes due. After paymwmt dows not show new balance total due. Was fine last year. Damn app developers cant get $hit right.
It says sending confirmation code, but doesn't come through. I've received codes in the past from them.

Works as advertised. Successfully paid both tax bills in about 10 minuts with no problems.
When will the app be fixed? I had to reinstall the app. When I put my number in the app keeps giving me an error message.
Useless wont allow you to make a payment, does not show any information just useless.
It no longer shows Detroit Water and Sewerage as a Biller and its removed from my list of accounts. When will it be added back...?

Helpful for paying some bills. But why isn't DWSD on here when thats one of the first services that was offered via the kiosk?

Decent app just wished it let me the same accounts that I can at the kiosks.
This app works for payment processing maybe twenty percent of the time.

Got all setup go to make payment, app crashes. Try it again app crashes. Try to use kiosk first one i try touch screen doesn't respond at all. Try another one not taking cash at this time. Worst system I have tried to use. Not to mention they say its free but if you do credit card there is a 3 percent charge of the total amount paid. Thanks but no thanks I'll stick with a money order and drop off. Maybe they will get it right eventually.
