Sorry, but this app is ridiculous. Super frustrating.
Since I first downloaded the app I've been having issues with it being offline almost all the time. Which means it will not synchronize with the computer version. Which also means when I try to log in Dives it doesn't coordonate to the GPS either. I don't know if this is strictly an Android thing but my friends with iPhones seem not to have issues.
Super disappointed... my divelog rarely appears, and if it does, more than half of the divesites I've logged via the website list the site as "somewhere"... nothing at all appears on the map... it constantly says its synching my divesites and dive buffies but nothing ever happens...I am an instructor and would like to encourage my students to log their dives via the app, but most of the time the app crashes and/or my QR code isn't accessible... keep hoping for an update but...
The android version of this app is not working correctly. I cannot add buddies, on the app. (using either manual or QR code). I am an instructor and it is very frustrating when it will work for some students and not all of them. I one of my friends, also an instructor at the same shop I work for) I cannot find in the system at all.
Can't add any dives via the app. Have to do it on the website and sync. But data and options such as dive sites aren't consistent between both. Frustrating.
Can't enter dives, shows one on forested land, quits and won't let me delete dive shops that are hundreds of miles from me.
Very disappointing. Can't log dives quickly or easily. More trouble than it's worth at this time. For a large organisation like SSI more R&D should be spent to get this working effectively for all users. Reading other reviews shows I'm not alone here. There is also a MySSI app but this app is still in use. Surely there should be one app that is official and works for all.. I'll continue to log my dives in another free app that works until they get this right.
Never syncs with the server to log dives, get card. Doesn't even update the data that have been entered. Urgently requires an update for it to work
Great Idea but the app just never works. Always glitching and messing about. In the end I just use the website and for go the off line capability. Needs a complete overhaul.
This is a good app in theory. The purpose of it is a good idea, but the damn thing rarely works. I can't log my dives, sometimes the pages load the thing just has to many issues to be reliable.
Zero support, no replys? Entered all my dive info but it won't save? Do I have to have an instructor code to log my own dives?? Called SSI and they asked me to email someone else... "they used an IOS device themselves" Don't they read the reviews that all can see? If not, why would they care about my personal email that's not even being viewed by the world like these Google reviews are? I hope the app developers aren't paid bc they don't deserve a paycheck! Maybe they're paid tooooo much and always gone diving?
Problematic app. I select the updating Cert, so I can get my Open certification on my phone and it does not update. I am stuck having to go to the site and down load a hard paper copy that I have to carry around in my wallet. This is not acceptable.
Constant crashing out when reading training materials makes app completely useless. Reinstall does not help. Now uninstalled for good. I'm going PADI at least their app works!!
Per all the other reports. Nothing works. App constantly crashes. Great opportunity being wasted.
App is completely unusable - training will not sync or download, dive sites do not sync, etc etc. Contacted the developer and SSI and no feedback or support. Great concept, poorly executed and lack of support
Not Android friendly. Used to be able to open the app but even when it did nothing works. Now it won't even open. Cool concept but really poor execution. Quite disappointed.
Absolutely useless. Great concept that needs some professional app development attention.

Can't login. Given the lack of support for the previous app on Android, I'm not surprised this one doesn't work!
error force close while adding buddy with QR code
Slow, freezes and exits unexpectedly, dives disappear once entered in dive log and saved. And in this Hub version I can not access neither my dives, nor my QR code nymore.
