Divine Mercy

I love this app & use it very often. However the Stations of the Cross portion needs to be updated. It no longer has all 14 stations, but breaks away after the 9th station. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app 3 different times over several months & it has not been corrected. I so wish that this fix to the app could be accomplished soon. St. Faustina's version of the Stations is beautiful & I miss having those last 5 Stations. As presented, the Stations are incomplete. I'm praying 4 a fix.

I do NOT like the format, layout of the latest update. Many, several letters missing near the margin on the right hand side. The older format layout was much better (superior). This was NOT an upgrade, but definitely a DOWNgrade! Why can't you leave well enough alone! VERY disappointed! If it ain't broke, don't fix it! You made it worse!

Hi, thank you for bringing the Divine Mercy to an app! Some of the options did nothing though. I tapped on them but nothing happened. I tried the audio Chaplet, but as soon as my phone went dark, it stopped. Is there a setting somewhere that I can ask it to keep playing? As well, the voice seemed computer-generated. He will have to do, though. I guess I didn't sense any emotion from him/it. If you had a real man/woman pray, just a bit slower, it would be better. The app's graphics are lovely!

We loved this version before the update. We would have give it 5 stars. After the update the pace slowed down and the audio and auto buttons were hard to find. It no longer remembers our settings. We have to click devotion each time and turn on auto. It is less user-friendly than before. I will look for another version, but there are too many to choose from.

The app turns off the chaplet when the phone goes sleep mode. It was not like that before. It is really annoying. I'm not using it anymore and planning on uninstall it. I used it every day up to twice or more times. No one in the IT side seems to care. A lot of people has complained about the same issue and no one reply or correct this.

I really loved using this app for the Divibe Mercy Chaplet. Unfortunately, after an update, the audio will not continue if my phone screen turns off, so I have to unlock my phone and manually move on to the next prayers. I preferred the convenience of being able to pray while on walks or completing chores in the home. I find myself using it much less now.

Love the app! But not loving the last update. Could you please bring back the feature in which the Chaplet would remain open and auto on until the end. It now closes and then have to press auto again. I would really prefer to keep this app and support the Marian Fathers/Missionaries but it makes it difficult to follow it when it closes every 45 sec or so. Thanks for the app and all your work.

I loved this app, but about a week ago the recitation just stops when my screen is locked/dark. I am not sure if it's the app or my phone update that is responsible for the recitation to stop when my screen is off/black. It's really ennoying. I get distracted by keeping my home screen on or unlocking my phone before the recitation stops. I am so desappointed; in my opinion, this is the best Divine Mercy app. I wanted to uninstall it, but I am hoping that this problem will be fixed soon.

Why was the app changed?? The original was perfect in tone and verbal speed. An additional problem is to the final prayers start playing randomly, and this is after I have completed one full recitation and turning off the audio. Could we please have the original back? I find that any changes made just made the app worse.

This app has been my best friend, a solace, and a companion of mine since possibly 2013! Love the soothing voice of the audio and the excerpts from Faustina's diary. I wish I could thank each person behind this app for all the hard times they've pulled me through! Was surprised that I haven't given my rating yet

Since it updated yesterday. The auto buttons do not work. It immediately goes off when the phone goes to standby.... That wasn't the case in the previous version. Before this latest update... I could finish the whole audio devotion without touching my phone.

This app is one of the essential apps for all Christians to have installed on their smart phones. It is beautifully designed with a simple user interface and it has everything that anyone could ever want to know about this important devotion of our time. All of the faithful who utilize this app will experience a deeper conversion in their faith as they learn to trust in The Divine Mercy.

Edit: stop updating it worked fine before!!another edit not happy with the oct 2021 update to slow with pause between pray on Divine Mercy. Not direct to prayers on app. 😑Thanks for fixing things works like it used to. After the update I can only give 2 stars...it stops on my phone and isn't as smooth. 😞

The app is great. One problem since the recent major update. Auto mode for the chaplet turns off when phone rests even though I've adjusted the power settings. Please fix so that it can be used to pray along again. Thank you for this resource.

Since the update the audio voice keeps on talking and when I turn it off there is no longer the sound just for the beads. I was very happy with the old version you ruined it by changing it so now I can't get it to just have the bead sound on it.Very very disappointed with your update.

Please revert to the old version. Multiple issues reported already so won't rehash. Not mentioned is the chaplet stops after screen timeout which is an app malfunction. Also other notifications stop it cold. Thanks for the app prior we used it every day and sure miss it.

The auto module works as long as the phone us on. The moment the phone goes to sleep, the audio stops . It was working well for a long time. With the new update the changes are not good.

I liked the original version, had been using it for several years why the change? This update is not as good as before, the pacing is very slow and the Rosary image disappeared. If you can return back the old one it will be much appreciated and it is more interactive.

Love this app. I've been using it for years. I use the Audio chaplet in my car. Since the update the audio stops when the screen goes to sleep. Please fix and I will change my rating to 5 stars.

Very disappointed with the update. No longer possible to play the Chaplet in it's entirety -- even on "auto," the recitation shuts off as soon as the display on my phone goes off. Impossible to pray the whole Chaplet audio any longer.

This was an awesome app (5 stars) before the current update. Now it pauses between each bead and won't let it play with the screen off. Please fix it if you can. Thank you! 😊

Ever since the last update the pace has been off. Too long a pause between prayers on automatic. We have to pace it ourselves. I don't like the two voices. It was better with one voice. Before this I would give it 5 stars.

It WAS a 5☆ in my book until the "improvement". Now it's mainly "send us money." Once I go off a page, I have to uninstall & download it again. ALL the sung Divine Mercy prayers are gone. At least not on this app. 🥺 very disappointed, once upon a time it was good. I hope it's unimproved someday.

I like that this app includes the 3 O'clock prayer and the closing prayer. But, the audio stops if the phone screen goes on sleep mode and on tapping the Chaplet icon, the audio restarts from the beginning. Please could you rectify this ?

A beautiful app! The stations of the cross are amazing. As a college student I like having all things Divine Mercy at my finger tips. This is so convient and the 3:00 Divine Mercy timer option is amazing.

Why does it goes off in the middle of prayer. It's not suppose to do that. It should continue as long as the prayer goes on and not turning off randomly. P please let the chaplet finish before it turns off. Thanks

I love praying with this app. It has so many wonderful features. One of my favorites is The Way of the Cross with Jesus and St. Faustina. There are no words to describe the Spiritual connection I feel to Jesus and St. Faustina when I'm praying this Way of the Cross. Thank you!

I am so very grateful for this app and have been praying with it for at least 5 yrs! Thank you so much! I ask please to make it so it continues even if my phone dims out. It keeps stopping and is distracting to pray when I have to keep eaking up my phone. This did not happen with old version. Please correct and thank you so much!!
