This is the worst matrimony app one can think of. Once I subscribed their premium membership, but they never mentioned that it would be renewed automatically. When I realized that, I tried to reach their customer care which probably exists on Pluto. If you forget your password, they literally don't allow you to delete your profile because the OTP perhaps comes from a different galaxy, or universe. It never reached my phone. This app is probably a scam, at least, that's how it appeared to me.

Very very bad experience, app quality is very poor, if we call them for any issues very bad response. Not worth to use this app. Day by day the customer service is going bad to worst. Better we have to choose the competiton.

Phone numbers not working, married profiles, wrong numbers, phone not lifting numbers, irresponsible profiles . Lots of problems, not satisfied, no one support for this kind of failed contacts. I took the prime pack with 7500, given 80 contacts, no use no one contact back. Not good as i expected, WORST Experience faced

Not even able to signup.... After filling the credentials whenever I try to click continue nothing happens it just remains on the same screen.... Worst app

I downloaded app but when I try to sign-up it's throwing back to app home page . Were as rest of apps are working fine.

Absolutely atrocious matching algorithm. Why are people from other religions being matched to me? DND does not work - they keep calling, and I keep blocking. App keeps hanging and crashing ever so often. Pricing is way too high, you have to pay separately in addition to the charges for Tamil matrimony. There are better and cheaper options available.

The very very worste app don't waste your time and money, definitely don't pay money all profile the matrimonial created so don't pay money.

I would rate negative if possible. Unable to register even after trying 30 times... Worst experience. Very disappointed.

I have take paid membership from you guys and this is what happened: 1. I am not able to send likes and dislikes after taking membership. 2. As informed by customer support that paid members can't use the like and dislike option. 3. As per your fair usage policy, I can't send more than 150 messages in a week. 4. Now i have to send messages directly because like option is not available and after I exceed the limit I Won't be able to do so, don't take their membership at all, they are fraud.

Not able to sign up. Filled all d details and yet not able to sign up. Junk app

App is hanging and freezing. Then it crashes. Could you please help resolve the issue. Issue exists in all tabs while browsing the profiles or checking them. Initially it is fine for 1 or 2 profiles but later it starts hanging and crashing.

Worst experience. Once you do the payment they have new terms and conditions. Representative I spoke to was from another planet. Constantly arguing. Please do not go for paid subscription. It's plain click bait. Taking customers for a ride. Thanks.

Most negative thing as I thought of that the person we liked on this app could not contacted..!!The app provide the feature that a person can not let others to see her contact or whatsapp her! This feature is only to hang and engage a member for their interest! Gold membership is only meant to entry so don't expect more than that! They ask you to purchase prime plan and I'm not sure they will provide the customer whats assured in the plan purchased! App is not customer friendly!Waste of 💰

Very much trouble in reopening the app. Once showing already registered number n to call them, when calling saying the number is not registered. When I have deleted the account permanently why u are not deleting the details completely. That's why I am facing problems while reopening.

Very laggy app, not having good experience while using. Please improve.

Slow and only focus on making customers pay irritated by the phone calls regularly on awkward time and they call you daily till you pay this is their target rest customer is nothing but only a money order to get. Worst-case

Highly recommend not to use their business It absolutely worthless Second time I too their membership after their repeated calls But not worth spending or getting match .I can still ignore getting match because of their poor database absolutely new feature Prime which keeps crashing while setting filters also their app has same.issue Top to this after writing email u only get automated ticket # So my strong recommendation save urself from disappointing and wasting time

In this app so much fraud people... I just experienced once. This app no verified the people address etc. Worst app

It's not free 3000 rs .. Before installing remember App need adhar card pan card phone verification , all your personal information After that pay minimum Rs 3000 than you can contact other one , it's not free

Too much Hanging problem.. not working fluently... Get the page closed automatically....

This app is not for North Indians.. Very little or no matches. The matches don't respond.

Nice but mostly appreciates are logout I hope DVM is a most reliable and liable platform 🙂🌹❤ filling is so embarrassing

Earlier it was better, but after last 2 updates they have removed the choice to select It has become difficult to know if the desired match's kids are staying togather or seperately which makes this a worse app. Other things are ok. As per above mentioned problem I am giving only 3 star..
