Persistent connectivity issues. When the app works its amazing. Sometimes it takes too long to upload a charge, it will never let me attach a pic of a receipt from my phones gallery, it takes FOREVRER just to load the UI. If it weren't for the lag and connectivity issues unresolved by uninstalling and reinstalling, I'd give the app 5 stars as it's otherwise intuitively easy to use.

The system keeps telling me when I upload everything that is uploaded and then my boss calls me back the next day and wants to see a picture of the gas receipt and I've already uploaded but yet your system shows that it has not uploaded. You have a major flaw in uploading pictures of receipts. I have uses both under Wi-Fi and regular data. Your app is jacked up. You need to fix it. Otherwise than that the app is very useful and convenient

You will have to login again in the middle of working on transactions. Sometimes when you want to scroll through your list of cards, you will not be able to and it will just select the card your finger was closest to. Help function in the app has only canned conversation topics. Useful idea though, the app just needs work.

App is ok for tracking spending, but needs more features. The option to pay your balance on the app would be great. Also, the available funds aren't updated accurately. I overdrew my account going by what the app stated when my actual funds were different on the website.

Second time in two weeks funds were added and divvy declined charge saying insufficent funds. Networks glitches are a pain in the butt. Have had to uninstall and reinstall this app several times to get it to work. Cannot get help easily. Chat sucks. It takes several tries to get through. At times takes 2 ir 3 times to fix.

Chase Jot left me hanging 2 years ago when they canceled Thier tag app. They promised a new app but never delivered. Thank you Divvy for picking up the slack and making an even better business expense management tool! The virtual cards and auto categorization is the best. No more monthly itemizations... We are back in the 21st Centuey again.

Not very happy. Good customer service. Limited notifications & somewhat hard to navigate. Will update to five stars once notification are available. It's got to be super easy, all other credit cards have it.

Total garbage. Nothing works right on my phone. Card stopped working and left me high and dry. They don't have real 24 hour support unless you complain on twitter. Just pay for expensify. Update: two years later this app still absolutely sucks. They blocked my card while traveling for no reason. Also I went to reset my password and they wouldn't let me autofill from my password manager.

App worked great until they "fixed" it... now I get an auto crop when trying to attach picture of my receipt that has a scroll feature to increase or decrease, except it doesn't work..now I cannot get my entire hotel receipt in the frame. I have to lose either the hotel chain name at top of page or the address of the hotel at the bottom of the receipt. It worked fine before, just attach the pic of receipt. Please quit fixing things that aren't broke!!

Transfers and payment processing are so slow that this card is useless. Add to that the low limit and I'm literally going to close the account. Not sure who this card is aimed at, but it's certainly not for anyone seriously trying to do business.

App is great but its been 3 weeks now and I am unable to edit the virtual cards. When I click edit it does not recognize the cards. I thought this would be fixed by now. I have to log in on a web browser to do the same function I was able to do on the app.

Very cool app. Been the best so far. Just recently, whenever I try to make online payments, I'm being asked to verify the transaction using divvy app to complete the transaction, but nothing allows me to verify when I open the app. Any help you can offer?

Amazing Company!!! The Web Site is extremely user friendly, the app is simple and attractive. Virtual Cards are very simple to create and use. My company has only been using them for a few days, but I don't know how I ever did payments without them! Thank you, Divvy!

Intensely frustrating to use. Management views this as a tool to keep costs under control. However, they're slow to "replenish" funds. Since I'm in IT, this results in lapsed software licenses, the failure to ship computers to the field, and frustrated employees and work schedules.

The app mostly does what I need it to. But there's so much functionality from the website that just isn't in the app, for example, managing people, filtering transactions, and viewing reports. In addition, the app is just so slow. When I tap a notification to categorize the purchase, I have to log in (every time) it then loads like three different pages, one after another, before it loads the page to categorize the purchase. From a UX standpoint, this is just awful and uncomfortable to use.

Overall I like the app. I wish for 2 things though. One, that I could see declined transactions listed out. Right now the only way I can find to see them is online. Two, that notifications could be customized so I can turn off charges. I don't need to get notified every charge, but the other option is to turn notifications off completely and then I won't know about declined charges or frozen cards.

UPDATE: My problem has been resolved. Thank you very much for addressing the issue. Was great now frustrating to use. After every single field you fill out, there is about 3 full seconds of waiting until a message pops up saying it saved the info. During that period of time, you can't scroll or go into the next field. It really sucks when you have multiple reciept you need to fill out.

The current version of this application is constantly crashing, past versions had search bars that didn't work and other broken functionality like difficulty uploading receipts or saving details on transactions when using lte cellular network. Maybe by 2022 divvy can figure out how to build a good app. Edit: installed new update, we'll see how it is now. Update: still crashing

getting better. not so slow now. taking photo of receipt is still slow and cumbersome. would be good to be able to see the last part of the receipt while snapping the next part. have to hold the phone so still over receipt while it uploads. check out Fetch app for a better way to be able to snap receipts. would be good if something like that was available in Divvy. Thanks for the follow-up from before!

Functions don't always work, as of now I'm having issues with adding my receipts. The button simply isn't working.. It's nice for keeping track of your budget especially for fast review on the go. Also it's both convenient and annoying that all pictures taken in the app save to your camera roll.

This was literally the most difficult card I've ever tried to activate. The app kept crashing so I couldn't activate. Contact customer service and I'm directed to the link in the email, then the email link only works in chrome, but you can't activate from there. You can ONLY activate in the app. These are a great concept, but a horrible activation process! Any other card on the planet I would just have to call a number or login to a website. This was app, customer service, email, customer service, new browser, email again, then app again.

Constant issues logging in. My fingerprint is approved or verified or whatever yet I never leave the landing screen. Click login from a different screen and get directed to a web page to login. What's the point of fingerprint then? Despite sending videos and screenshots to support last year, this issue persists. Such a useless app. Also, always issues uploading receipts.

It keeps aking for my password to get into my account on the app and i never had a chance to set one up.. When i try try log in in from my email it has to send me a code that i cant access cause im using my email (on my phone) so i cant open the code msg.. That makes logging in difficult

I've used (rather, attempted to use) this app on multiple Android phones. It's painful. Very slow to respond and frequently crashes. Coworkers have same problems, except for the boss who has an iPhone. When I first used the app a few years ago, it worked ok. Problems started with updates sometime over the past 1 to 2 years.

This is definitely an app where the creators care. Recently I've been having many problems with this app and got pretty frustrated with it all. Within just a few days they got in touch with me and spoke with me through a zoom call. They're fixing the problems within the app and it's been working a lot better ever since. I'll be more than happy to give five stars once they're newest update comes out!

This app is buggy. If I try to click on reimbursement for an out of pocket purchase when I couldn't use my divy card the app closes and force stops.
