Video is sluggish to the point of being unusable, which doesn't matter because the app freezes once the video is done anyway. Not sure why pictures wouldn't suffice, requiring a video is unnecessary overkill, especially when the app is designed so badly that it can't even record video. It also asks for video of areas that you may have specifically said you don't have. Not sure how to show the master bathroom if my house doesn't have one. Horrible app.
I wish I had a little more time to video. The right side of my house was tricky since I had to stand in the neighbor's abandoned house's driveway and step over her debris to get around my fence. If there was a pause function so people could go around obstacles or video all electric boxes would be great! Thanks, Carl Strandvold
A horrendous waste of time, the record button doesn't work to turn off the videos once started. We tried several different required videos and reinstalled the app numerous times. Now trying another device. Frustrating app!
Not the best. Had to install then delete and reinstall due to not being able to connect correctly. Had issues getting images transferred when done. When called in regarding the issue, representative was not helpful at all.
App doesn't work to record rooms. Screen and app keep freezing, and I'm on a new phone with Android 8.0, so should work without issues! It's not possible to record and submit DIY inspections, please fix ASAP! No other alternative to this crappy app for discount unless pay for appraisal.
Great experience. Easy to follow, helpful hints included. Easily move throughout the property and get a simple inventory of each elevation. Able to provide to company and save for personal use.
uploading videos was a bit frustrating, had to log out and log in a few times.... the app is not set up well for townhomes, for example requiring you to take videos of the "right side" or " left side" of your house
Will not record on my videos on my Samsung s8, called company was told it works fine. I used two different phones both are s8 and neither will record video, both selected allow the app, but both freeze and lag out while trying to record video.
Doesn't give enough time to move around when filming around obstructed views. Easy to follow directions, easy to use, and quick to complete.
There arent any options to show specific items that are required to get specific policy discounts, some of the videos the maximum length is more than the time needed to show, whereas others the length wasn't enough time to show needed detail.
The app works okay but the maximum time provided should be a bit longer, or adjustable. Certain shots required may need a bit more time to maneuver around obstacles.
worst app ever. but if i dont use it them you charge me extra? it drains your phone battery, wont let you pause the video while you are taking it. and it took 7 times of retrying to upload everything. ridiculous!
So easy and hassle free, I'm so glad this was an option! All you had to do was literally take 15 second videos of the areas pointed out in the app.
I am having trouble to log into this mobile app even though I can log into website successfully. I even reset my password and reinstall this app and no luck. Keep receiving can't find a match error.
Easy to use. Instructions and examples are given for each section. Made sending a home inspection to my insurance quick and painless.
app did not allow me to make any adjustments such as picture iso or gain pics looked dark. app also would not open saying my password was not right. had to keep installing and reinstalling.
App doesn't work. It won't take video. Whenever I try to record, the picture freezes.
I thought I was just taking snapshots, did not know it was video. The video froze with just one picture in the kitchen. Could not restart the film. Also in the master bath.
Freezes and crashes on pixel 2 when trying to record. Had to do a hard reset and uninstall.
App won't even let me log in. Says I have the wrong user name and password but the same user name and password works on the Esurance website. This app is a waste of time.
App freezes when you try and take the video. Completely worthless and unusable.
This app is broken. I'm on Android 9 on a Pixel 2, and like other reviews state, the video freezes as soon as you tap the record button. I hope they fix this soon! It seems intuitive but I can't say for sure until it works. For anyone trying to submit through this app, reach out to them via email and they'll let you submit pictures via email.
