This app will NOT open!!! I have downloaded/installed and uninstalled the app approximately 12 times. Quite frankly, I'm done! I've heard nothing but great things about the DJI drones. However, if I can't download, open and use the app, I can't fly. If I can't fly, I'll return this expensive paperweight and purchase a different brand (that works). I'm trying to be patient but my patience is running very thin. Please resolve the bug(s) in the android app and quickly in order to keep a customer.

The app won't open at all. When attempting to open it the screen flashes as if the opening animation is about to take place but then nothing happens and it reverts to whatever screen my phone was previously on. Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.

App won't open, just crashes then shows an error message of "app crashes due to a bug. Consider upgrading after developer fixes the bug". Seriously? No updates for this app in over a year. You would think this would be fixed by now. Ridiculous.

App Just crashes after attempting to open it. I tried restarting my phone and re-downloading the app, but nothing seems to work. I have the same issues with the DJI fly app. Everything went downhill after the Android update.

Now here me out, if you are having trouble with this or the dji fly app crashing on android. You need to go to Samsung internet and go to dji flu download app page. Once there download the app and click install. The apps with work just fine and they work. This may be a hassle but it works.

Be prepared to wait if your buying bundled items, i had to cancel a order after waiting 30 days plus after being notified they did not have enough inventory and shipping would be delayed. Wished I would have been more kept into the loop of getting at least weekly updates. Only cancelled because time was a issue, other than that i have purchased many, many times before with no problems.

The app has a bug , and I can't fly my drone, dji can you please fix this as soon as possible , thanks. The rest of the app everything is amazing once you are in the app it works very easy even for those who don't have experience. FIX THE BUG ASAP AND I WILL LEAVE A 5 STAR RATE.

Great app when it works! I've had this app about a year and it's been great until today when I tried opening it, it closed immediately. Uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times and still didn't work. Saw a review by Andi V dated 3-4-22 and he recommended downloading this using Samsung Internet and BINGO, IT WORKED!! DJI need to stay up on this app for Android users. If it wasn't for Andi's review I would be SOL!!

Android phone users. Go to Samsung internet. Open dji fly download app page. Choose your app from there and install it. I updated firmware, but the drone didn't recognize. I cleared the cache,restarted the phone, and BINGO! I'm giving this a 1 star because I feel dji is leaving its users in the dust to figure this out on their own and that's just NOT RIGHT.

I downloaded this app yesterday and got in without a problem. Today, nothing. It won't open. I uninstalled it twice and installed it over and over and nothing. Can't get in anymore. I was ABOUT to buy a drone from DJI but not anymore.

The app is sub par. Be careful at the checkout page. When I got to the payment because the amount shown is incorrect. After you order and pay check the account you paid from. I found out on the next day that I was double charged the amount that on the checkout page. The work by chat. The site was wrong. I was told I ordered two of the same item. The only fix is canceling the order and wait for your refund. I was charged $2,188 when I thought I wa paying about $1,044. I call that fraud.

USELESS APP I cannot change the language to English if I set my region to Taiwan, the country i live in. I cannot speak Chinese so I'd love to use the app in English while keeping my country as Taiwan. Also, my order doesn't show on the app. Customer service is awful, TERRIBLE. The people working in customer service are clueless. They don't even read the messages in full. Really pathetic.

Love the app, streamlines the shopping experience and puts new and upcoming deals front and center. Easy to navigate, no clutter, tons of details about what you're buying. Great job!

They are shysters! Although it says right at the top of the description they will not provide you with two $10 coupons, that actually expired in January. What they will do, however, is ask for permissions to your personal files (likely sending them to China). I would advise staying away from DJI support, forums, and store.

I downloaded from website, i can open but it doesn't connect. From app store it isn't able to open. So disappointed with DJI. Super slow development. Connect no connection between controller and drone.

people (like me) often live in other countries and don't speak the language, this app is useless unless set to the country you are in, and then the language defaults to that country with no way to change it unless you once again change the country. Just because a person is in a country/region doesn't mean they speak that language. App devs, you might want to consider this because if my experience is anything to go by, you're losing out on sales. I'll buy a Walkera.

Yes it has clear views of DJI products, But (i hope they fix this) the search feature doesn't work well. I tried searching for mini 2, no results found. Tried "DJI Mini 2 360° Propeller Guard", no results found yet i copied the exact text from the site under the Mini 2 page.

S**T... Bought this (mini 2) then found out the app doesn't work, so with the extra warranty coverage I have a $800 paperweight!! Will update if DJI fixes this or if I could return this without the 15% restocking charge.

Most of times I use the app it will glitch out meaning I have to close and reopen it. It happened while I was trying to order something which was really annoying and occasionally crashes.

Videos viewed in fulllscreen mode in Skypixel from the DJI Fly App have their bottom half cut off! I have just become the - initially - proud owner of a DJI Mini 2. It is incomprehensible to me that to fly the thing I need to invest in a high-end smartphone that would cost about as much as the drone. Surely many other more affordable phones have enough computing power for the job. DJI? Perhaps DJI should make it clear in their publicity material that their Mini 2 is a luxury product.

It has been months now and the app remains unable to open. Pride the company as a reputable tech company, this is extremely disappointing its taking this long to fix a bug.

only gripe is the fact that when you make a purchase of this magnitude at Best buy you should have the option for the club internet page of the manufacturer. Not getting the five times 20% discount not getting the 50% on the care package not getting the birthday gift not getting newsletters and extras is a total let down after spending thousands especially buying from a reputable retailer like Best buy. Seems like a excessive giant money grab. Great product so far I will edit after flight

I had many flights thanks to this app but now dosen't work anymore after the last update of Pixel4 5G. Like me others have the same issue and forced to use others devices for be able to use our loved drones. Please try to resolve it the fast possible cause is seriously lot of people with the same PROBLEM.

It is not working all your DJI apps. I have tried uninstall them and install them again still won't work. Can u check with Samsung why please? I can't fly my drone without it. 14/3/22

Do NOT use this app. Go directly to the DJI download center on their official website. There are you tube videos on how to download the real app if you have troubles. This app is not maintained and has not been updated in years

I have the DJI mini and zoom but I have no app to fly them yet you still sale them, shame on you! HOW DO I GET MY ZOOM AND MINI TO FLY??!???!???!.?!?, and just for record I'm returning my drones luckily I can still return my zoom and I'll never buy another DJI product!!! Andy V. App Does not open at all with S20 ultra and android 12 update. Bug messages and crashes. Install and unistall several times, no result. Cannot use my drone

App immediately crashes as soon as you open it. Is this indicative of their quality? I downloaded the app because I wanted to check it out before buying a drone... Now I'm not sure if I want a DJI drone if they can't even put up a working app.
