I have samsumg J7 but when i open the app it totally black and does not work. How can i fix it . Please tell me
on samsung 2016/J5, the screen is black and unresponsive. what should I do. what can you do to fix thus?
It is a pathetic app. The screen froze and took a ton of battery

I have galaxy note 4. Just recently updated my OS. Installed the app, same issue with other users, app open and asked for permission to use camera. Click "yes", then complete blank screen. Uninstalled and install again, still the same issue. Kids are really dissappointed.
I have a Galaxy S5. After opening the app it asks to use the camera, I click yes, then the screen goes black and doesn't come back with anything.
It opens to a blue screen then turns black and then goes back to the open app screen. I'm using a new note 8 so it is the app, not the phone.
The app works ok immediately after installed, once it's closed, it loops within "I already own the book/ show me a demo" and the "lets get started" screens. It has to be reinstalled every single time for it to work. Such a waste of time and data.
Terrible app. Won't open on new Ipod or newer Asus phone. Absolute bust as a Christmas gift.
