As of 11/13/20 I can no longer log into the app. When I try to log in it spins for about 3 minutes and nothing happens. I have installed several of these units for family and they cannot log in either. This is very frustrating! Can not find a number for tech support. Is there a new app?
App is pretty good overall. Please add some of these basic features: dark mode support. A timed session support: i.e. turn on The heat for 30 minutes.
Terrible app. Constantly logs me out so I have to re-login almost every time I want to use it. That is when it doesn't get hung up on "loading" forever. Daikin is the WORST HVAC company on the block in both units and app software. You actually need 2 separate apps to control daikin wall units and ceiling cassettes. How dumb is that? They can't even figure out how to make their own equipment work together. Pathetic.
Easy to use. I rarely use the units remotes to control my HVAC units, choosing to use the app instead!
have to log in every time I use it, sometimes it takes few minutes to log in, now for the past 3 days I wasn't able to log in, it shows loading then go back to login page again. it's wasting my time
All in all works well. I wish you had a widget for home screen and integration with lutron. Also why does it take so long to load?
I have a Daiken one and a Daiken mini so I have to have two different apps? This one doesn't work with Google, but the One does? I will update rating if this is user error.
Bad app, no ability to set alerts. App crashes more than it should.
Must continually re-log in. The app does not remember my account. Says it has trouble logging into account
App doesn't work. Can't set the time for the unit to turn on
No Third Party thermostats are populating in the list.
Easy to setup. Got control of all features you will use. However, I can't change the temperature display from Fahrenheit to Celsius. Not compatible with Google Home. This is one star off. And it is not compatible with all Daikin A/C units... another star off.
