THE CENTRAL HEALTH BOARD (DKR) CENTRAL JAVA is part of the Community Organization which was established on March 12, 2008 by the people together with Health Volunteers in Jakarta, named THE BOARD OF HEALTH PEOPLE (DKR) INDONESIA
DKR was welcomed positively and then fostered by DR. Dr. Siti Fadilah Supari Sp.JP (K) who was then serving as the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2004 - 2009.
As an organization of volunteers and health cadres who are independent and non-profit DKR are registered at the Directorate of National Unity and Politics (Kesbangpol), the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with Number: 367 / D.III.4 / VI / 2011.

What is the DKR Mission?
To achieve this vision, the DKR mission is to make people aware of their rights as citizens, especially in the health sector
What is the Central Java DKR Program?
PARTICIPATION ADVOCACY
In a sense DKR awakens and moves the community to be actively involved in guarding, ensuring and defending community rights, especially in the health sector.
COMMUNITY BASED ADVOCACY
DKR advocates for poor patients and patients unable to get maximum health services free of charge through BPJS PBI, JAMKESDA or SKTM
POLICY ADVOCACY
DKR fights for all people to get the Community Health Insurance (Jamkesmas) or the realization of Universal Health Coverage in accordance with the RPJMN for all illnesses until recovery.
What Are the Duties of DKR Volunteers and Cadres?
Cadres and volunteers who are members of the DKR are tasked with ensuring people's awareness about their rights, especially in the health sector.
DKR cadres and volunteers are also tasked with ensuring the construction of the Siaga RT, Siaga Village, Siaga Village and Siaga Village throughout the Central Java region. So that people are empowered to face health disasters caused by disease and nature.
DKR cadres and volunteers also work among the people in charge of ensuring that the poor and unable to get free health services at Puskesmas and Hospitals until they are recovered free of charge.
DKR cadres and volunteers are also tasked with ensuring that government policies and programs take the side of the people, especially Health Insurance for All People.
DKR builds joint struggles with various Peasant Unions, Labor Unions, City Poor People's Organizations, Youth and Student Organizations, Religious Organizations and Cultural Organizations in defending fundamental people's rights.
In building people's awareness to participate in health affairs and to encourage public policies that are open to people's participation, the Central Java DKR is actively involved in the Central Java Provincial Government Program: HOSPITAL WITHOUT WALL
