- Digital midwife: will advise you by chat about your health and that of your baby during postpartum

Bad App. 1€k per year for this nonsense. Won't allow you to log in by telling you if you have access online to "My Client Area" then you need to re-register. It then offers no way of using a new password yet won't recognise your okd password. Absolutely dire app. Will not be renewing next year. Like most things in Spain ambiguity and needless errors ruin everything and they hold themselves unnaccountable.
It takes a little wandering to get to control it bit it is being refined and its easier to use everytime.
Unable to log in, keep crashing all the time. DKV app is useless..... at the moment.
Absolutely pathetic a very sad excuse for an app! It doesn't work. It's not about liking it. It doesn't work. Show me one good review you have for this app. DKV need a new app developer because this one is hopeless.
Does not work. The call us number refers to a fax. Emails to support not answered. Very unhappy.
Impossible to use - unreliable, keeps crashing or not loading at all, cannot access my prescriptions etc

I apologise for not yet knowing more Spanish, but this app is is of no value to me without a version Ingles.
Unable to update or login.
The app is really not worth the effort unless you enjoy waiting around and platitudes you can get at any website. The teleconsultation says you are x in queue, then it stays the same while you wait. If you do anything else on your phone it loses the connection. In the unlikely event that a doctor actually responds there is no notification, so when you return the doctor has closed the session. Generally very unsatisfactory.
